I cannot get over how efficient Zappos is! I ordered these at 9 pm and received them the next day by 2 pm! Unfortunately, these boots were just not my style. They were a bit on the plain and conservative side. I thought they looked a little cheap, but the leather was soft and they were quite comfy.

The leather and zipper on these boots was made from really poor materials and of terrible quality for the price. Not worth the money. They were comfortable and true to size but I really can\'t say enough how poor the construction is. They don\'t look good on either.

Seriously disappointed. I have a very wide foot (10WW) and it's hard to find boots that fit both my foot and my large calves. Looking for a flat brown boot I came across these thinking I'd finally found the perfect ones...my feet and calves did fit but the boot in itself looked nothing like the pictures. Leather feels stiff (worse than some man-made boots I've seen), weak stitching, and generally shoddy handiwork that will start deteriorating after one or two wears. Not worth its price; I am returning it and ordering some boots from La Canadienne, Softspots, and Naturalizer in hopes that their quality will be better.

Great boots!
Finally a boot that fits my very narrow feet. Just a little wide in the heel, but I'll deal with that. Comfortable and attractive. Your service was excellent, as always.

It's rare to find a boot that is both stylish, fits a wide calf AND has a low heel; this one fits all bills.

What a surprise it was to have found a pair of boots that fit well and look good! I can't really say about the sizing... I'd ordered a 10W and a 10 1/2W in another boot. Those were returned because both were too tight. I've got a wider foot and these 10W's were perfect.

Audrey is great -
I wasn't sure if this boot would work, as I have large calves. They are a bit snug, but with the stretch panel, they are comfortable all day. They have a polished "riding" look which works well with both conservative and sporty clothes.

I think these boots are very nice, but a bit short. I would like to have them higher on my calf. They are very comfortable and I can work in them all day! That is amazing!!!

Great-looking tall boots!
I bought these boots because I needed a pair of brown boots that look great with anything, but didn't cost as much as other tall leather boots which would also be comfortable for long walks. Comparing the Trotters Audry to my Cole Haan boots, it's obvious that the latter is of better quality (well, you get what you pay for), but the Trotters Audry is actually more comfortable walking around in maybe because of its padded sole. However, I won't recommend it for very long walks such as whole-day shopping or walking tours.

These boots are very comfortable and very nice looking. I had one incident; however, where my foot slipped on the heel as I was walking. I'm not sure what the composition of the heel is, but I walk with a little caution.

I love them!
I ordered several boots from Zappos, and these were far and away the most comfortable! I have very wide feet, sometimes swollen from past surgeries, but average calves. The DD size is amazing! No hot spots or tired feet! Comfy low heel is still enough to look nice. The leather quality could be better and I like more style around the bottom of the boot, but the comfort is so much more important. My only small complaint is the buckle on the top hurts when you cross your legs. Would DEFINITELY buy this again!!!

Comfortable and Stylish -
I bought this boot hoping that it would be as comfortable as it is stylish. I am delighted to say, it fills my hopes completely. As a large woman with wide feet, fit and comfort are problems for me--but not with this boot. I find the heels and soles very easy to walk in and the soft leather uppers are divine.

I am most satisfied with both pairs of boots. Even when I was thinner I never found a boot that fit me perfectly like the ones I ordered from Zappos. Thank you for your immediate delivery the quality but mostly the fit. I will highly recommend you to all my family and friends

Most comfortable boots ever!
Although I thought the price was too high, the quality is very good, and I have no regrets that I paid that much. I have a high arch, and the arch support makes the boot very comfortable. The side zipper works smoothly and easily. This is a very easy-to-live with boot. I know the buckle on the side is expected on this style, but I could do without it. Overall, I'd recommend this boot to anyone. I had my boots from Zappos the next day! Zappos is amazing.

Disappointed in style and fit.
I had to return these boots because when I put them on, they stretched in a weird way at the ankle. It looked they weren't styled for this size (10B) and instead of fitting snugly at the ankle all the way around, they had to stretch across the front to accommodate the length of my foot. Weird; nothing I've seen in any other boot.

Comfy leather boots -
Overall they are very much what I was looking for. The leather is supple and breathes well. They are a bit tight at the calf but not overly restrictive.

I have a narrow foot (9S) and wear an orthotic arch support. I can no longer wear heels. I was looking for a boot that fit comfortably and would still be attractive to wear with a long skirt. I found it here.

I brought these boots (size 9W) as my first ever purchase from Zappos and I was very surprised they arrived in one day!! I'll have to wear a pair of extra thick socks since they are roomy at the ankle and the calf was tight. Overall a great experience and a great pair of boots for work.

I was very surprised to find that I could order a boot online and have e a good fit! Very good product. Quality soft leather and fits a wide calf (16"). Happy with this boot.

I have a wide foot and this boot works for me -
I have a very difficult time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable, so was delighted that this boot worked. The boot is comfortable, the low heel works for me, and the elastic at the top stretches enough that I can zip the zipper without squeezing my calf too much. My heel is slipping a little, but I was wearing thin socks; I'll wear a thicker sock next time.--I recommend this boot for hard-to-fit feet.

I am tall so I prefer a low heel. I also have a wide foot making me hard to fit. These boots worked well for me. They are comfortable and nice looking. The ankle is a little baggy but, they still look nice. I can walk in them too.

Excellent boot for the money -
I was very impressed with this boot. I have a high instep and the boot is extremely comfortable. The sizing was accurate. My only wish is that it had a rounded toe. I highly recommend this boot.
