Use in moderation -
I'm afraid I have to agree with Sara C-- these boots are NOT for extended walking! Just to wear for normal things they're fine; but once I took off exploring downtown in another city & by the end of the day my feet were blistered beyond belief! After last fall/winter, my pair looks a bit rough, but ok. Really I bought them for the look--kinda fierce but not as loud as the ones with all the buckles! If you're into the look & wear them only for casual-length foot excursions, they should be fine.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: boots from T.U.K., Dr. Martens

Cool, but not all that durable -
I bought these boots so I would have something good looking and durable for a trip to Japan. Let me tell you, these boots were NOT made for walking. I broke them in around home and thought they were comfortable enough, but spending an entire day in them is NOT something I'd recommend. There is no arch support in these at all and my feet slide around in them like crazy, which caused a ton of blisters. Also, after only 6 days of wear, the lining is completely gone from the inside of the heel. I'm curious to see how torn up they'll be at the end of a month. They look great, but in my opinion, they were not at all worth the money.

Typical fit for a boot?
While these boots look great, the fit leaves something to be desired. I find it difficult to believe that boot makers can't make better fitting stylish boots.
