I have chronic foot swelling right more than left foot, due to MS and a prior injury. I hoped the wide size would work for me. Unfortunately I was unable to get the shoe on. The opening was too narrow. A wide size needs a wide enough opening! I had high hopes for this shoe as I liked the way it looked in photo, thus the 4 stars. Overall 3 stars as the design needs serious rethinking in wide size.

They're a great pair of shoes -
This is my first time purchasing Propet's shoes, so I didn't know what to expect. I love the shoes, but I wish I got a half size larger because they feel tight if I wear thick socks with them. Basically they fit exactly to the size of my feet with hardly any wiggle room.

I purchased these shoes as a gift for a family member. They are very happy with them except for one factor. She said that they are not slip resistant. She noted that she had a bad experience while at her job. The next time I will research a little more before purchasing shoes.

I wear AFO on my left foot and it's really hard to find a shoe that fits that foot as well as my right foot. I wear 2 sizes bigger to accommodate my AFO and wides. The width is good for my left foot but still not too wide on my right one (they hold my heel nicely) I especially like the brown ones. I've been wearing them since the day I got them 2 months ago or so.
I've been using Zappos for 3 years now and it's always a great and fast service. Thanks!

This is an attractive shoe to wear with pants. It is a little short for my orthotic. Without the orthotic, there is little arch support and inward pronation is a problem for me. If specific foot problems are not an issue, I believe this is a GREAT shoe.

Always too small with Propet!
The wide is more like a medium and the length is too short, at least half a size too short but possibly one full size too short. I'm not going to get another pair to find out which exactly as I'm now convinced this is just how Propet shoes are. I'm through with buying their brand.

Very nice shoe, need to break it in a little in the width area as I have wide feet but it looks great!

I have extreme problems finding a dressier type shoe that is comfortable and will hold my orthotics. This one is awesome. It fits well, looks good and gives me the support I need. I have been wearing Propet’s now for about 5 years and am so glad to see they are getting into more fashionable shoes. This one has the depth and width I need.

When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
