Great boot -
These boots fit great right out of the box. I wear a 10 1/2 D and ordered the same. They fit snug, which is that they are not tight but allow my foot to move a little. First thing I normally do when I get home is take off my shoes, but not these- I wear these all day and my feet feel great in them. The color of these is a bit darker than pictured, more tan tones and not as yellow as they appear online. The leather is very soft and the lighter sole accents the antiqued leather handsomely. Awesome with jeans and brown slacks.

Lucchese N1595 5/4 Western Boot -
Received these boots today and am very impressed with the quality and fit. They fit like they were custom made for me and the leather, quality and style of this boot is awesome. Zappos service is great. Very fast shipping. This boot is excellent.

Lucchese 1595 5/4 -
This is my 2nd pair of Luccheses and they fit like a custom boot. I usually wear a size 11 women's dress shoe, but opted for the 9.5 men's boot because I practically live in my boots and must be prepared for some foot swelling due to extreme hot temps here in the summer. They are surprisingly light on my feet and the boot shaft is soft enough to not restrict my ankles when I am bending. This is really a boot you can put the hours in. Did I mention easy on and easy off? Finally, in my opinion it is one of the most handsome boots around that look good on either men or women. Quality, looks, and comfort... Lucchese is the gold standard.

Wow!
I gave up looking for western boots because I could never find a pair that fit my wide flat feet. After trying on several different boots, I have accepted the fate, no boots for me. Then something clicked and I decided to check out Zappos. This was the last try so to speak.
Zappos has a great selection of boots and it is not limited to one budget/type/size. Knowing that my feet ran on the wide side, I ordered 10.5 (my size) 2EE. I expected the boots to show up in a timely manner as I am not the first time customer here. Then I expected to try them on and return them because of the wrong size, fit, etc. I was wrong!
The boots showed up promptly as expected. Once I took them out it was obvious that we were not dealing with your average western boot knock off. The quality of craftsmanship is obvious. The leather is soft. The color is perfect. Wow! I highly recommend this boot to anybody who seeks quality and style. This is truly one of the American icons.

Arrived in 36 hours from order. No breakin time needed great fit. 3rd boot of this brand and 10th from Zappos overall. Fantastic price for quality of Lucchese Boot.

Style AND comfort!
The Lucchese 1595 boot arrived with the typical Zappos efficiency -- next business day, without phony "shipping and handling" costs other companies add on as extra profit. The price was fantastic: Tony Lama or Dan Post cost for a boot that is WAY above those brands in style and comfort. The snipped toe and Western heel, along with the "broken in" look, are top-of-the-line! The premium leather provides real soft and supple comfort the minute you pull them on. A great boot for casual wear or dress.
