Love the shoes - my daughter has worn them everyday - they are easy to clean - I use a wipey and they look like new.

Lighted Shoes -
I bought these for my granddaughter. She loved the lights and the fact that she can put these shoes on by herself. They do run a bit wide and there is no way to make them tighter. I think having shoe laces would have been better. But, cute shoe!

Great shoe, weak LED lights -
My 3.5 year old daughter needed some light up shoes to replace the previous Skechers she had outgrown. These seemed like the best pair available. Was glad to find them, but I'm pretty disappointed in the current LED lights, which have about one fifth the brightness of her last pair; even in total darkness you can only see the lights if you're specifically staring at them and know they're there - they do not serve a safety function nor have that "wow" effect. Her previous model (white Skechers with red and blue LEDs) were very bright and would catch your attention from 100' away and people would comment how cool they were. Other than the lights being almost useless, the shoe has a nice design and fits well. Probably won't order Skechers again unless they return to quality lights.

Our granddaughter loved them from day 1, she walked so easily and without tripping as usually happens with new shoes, would highly recommend.

Cute and fun -
2-yr old daughter liked these... thought they were fun and started jumping around. Fairly easy to get on with side velcro. Seem supportive and comfortable for her.

Adorable shoes!
I bought these for my 15 month old daughter and she loves them! They seem to fit true to size and are very easy to get on and off. Also, even though I selected the regular free shipping, Zappos upgraded me to overnight shipping for free. Can't ask for more than that!!

Super cute shoe, but a little narrower than usual -
Bought these for my 2 year old daughter. She loves the light effects and the colors go great with a lot of her summer clothes. My only caution is that these sneakers seem to run a bit more narrow than the rest of her shoes/sneakers. It took a few wears for them to loosen up and there was a bit of rubbing.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
