Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Too narrow to be wide -
Shoe looked great. However they were cut too narrow to be labeled a wide shoe. Disappointed because they were exactly what I was looking for.

Rockport Shoe review -
Shoe worked out fine. I generally wear my shoe two to three times a week, so I am a little skeptical about how I will replace the soles.

Runs a bit large -
The construction and quality of this shoe are fine, but it seems to run a bit large. I always wear an 8 1/2 W across the board and this shoe was large enough that right from the start my heel would slip out of the shoe whenever I took a step. I'm in my mid-forties and was hoping for something sturdy but stylish for winter wear with jeans, however, I felt this design was a bit matronly and felt very square and clunky.

I ordered football cleats for my son for an upcoming playoff game in a brand I've never bought before and they were too narrow. I called at 9:30 p.m. to exchange them for the brand I normally buy. The exchange arrived the NEXT DAY at no extra charge! That is the best service I've ever received from an internet company!
