Love these boots. We had the same pair last year. Warm and easy on and off. My 2 years old loves them so much she is already wearing them around the house for fun. Looking forward to the cold and snow.

Great.
I love these. I bought them for my 2 year old, and they are really cute. There nothing fancy...but they do what they are supposed to. They’re a little snug fitting, so don’t wear them with real thick socks. They are easy to put on and off. I definitely would buy these again.

This shoe was beautiful in person. The leather is supple and very nice. The only problem is that they bunch up and basically buckle at the ankle. I was looking for a sleeker fit.

Beautiful Boots!
This is one pair of beautiful boots. Design is amazing. I was afraid that they would be heavy and unpleasant boots for my daughter, who is 18-months-old. But when we gotten them and we were so happy. These boots are perfect for cold weather and snow. Very easy to put on and take off. We love them!!!

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
