Great shoes - My son loves these shoes! As a parent, I love them because of the price, look, and quality. The shoes are definitely a must have for not only a teenager, but for an adult as well. Zappos was amazing, as always, I received my order the very next day!!! Just in time for school. Note: this shoe runs a whole size bigger. My son wears a 7, therefore, I had to get an 8.

I can't say enough about these shoes. They really do feel like I'm wearing socks, except they actually have soles. They were ultra-comfortable from the moment I put them on and really cute too. I usually wear an 8 1/2 in shoes that I wear socks with, and an 8 in sandals. My Teva's are an 8 and fit perfectly. I don't want to take them off!

The Heelys were bought for my eight year old granddaughter. In about two days she was heeling all over the place. They are comfortable – so much in fact, she has decided she will take the wheels out and wear them to school as her school shoes. My second granddaughter would like a pair and I will certainly buy them here.

Excellent Service -
Zappos shipping was phenomenal. I ordered on a Saturday and they were on my doorstep on Monday afternoon! My son loves them and finds them far more comfortable than his previous pair of Heelys. I ordered one full size larger than normal and they fit great...they have a bit of space up front for growth, and the shoe seems to be more comfortable being somewhat loose (my son rarely tightens the laces).

Just what he wanted -
The Heelys are very comfortable. We did order a larger size and that was the right thing to do. No problems. My grandson is wheeling all over the place.

Adult Heelys Cyclone -
We were pleasantly surprised at the nice quality of this shoe. The reviews said to buy 1/2 size larger which we did and it worked out perfectly. Zappos was excellent at getting it to us in less than 2 days and we ordered on a Sunday! Very impressed!

I thought it was a bit larger and loose, but it was my shoe size. I love how it looks, it’s very stylish. I also liked how comfortable it was, but I had to tighten it a bit.

My son absolutely loves these. They roll very smoothly. I have tried the knock-offs and they are no good. Sizes run small, though! I went to a store to have my son try some on to find out what size he would be, then I bought here on Zappos because it was much cheaper and they had a larger selection of colors.

Excellent value! This was the greatest place I found to purchase my Heelys. Not only are they first quality and brand new, they are the best at shipping. I ordered regular shipping and the following day received and email stating I was upgraded to priority shipping. The shoes were here in 24 hours WOW!!!

My son had to have...
My son just had to have a pair of Heelys, so I got him these. He's having a hard time figuring out how to skate w/ them. I'm not much help as I don't get it either, lol. I love the shoe just as a shoe. They look great and he says they feel comfy.

What Customer Service -
My grandsons called me and asked if I could help get them Heelys. Being a grandmother out of sync, I went online to check them out. After much looking into them with my limited computer knowledge and skills, the Zappos website and reviews helped so much, but that was only the beginning! As we phoned back and forth because they live 1500 miles away, we decided on this pair for the 9-year old and the Hurricane for the 7-year old. I was so apprehensive about the size that I asked my son to call the customer service number and talk to them. He said they answered right away without having to go through a zillion push this number and then that number and he was able to understand the customer service rep very well. It was about 4:00 p.m. Eastern time and I placed the order by internet and asked that the shoes be shipped directly to the boys' address. I received a confirmation with shipping and tracking info later that evening, but here is the greatest! The shoes were delivered the very next day at no cost to me for the quicker service!!! The boys were elated. The fit is just as we were expecting and advised. We ordered at least a size bigger for each child. This company is fantastic. The Customer Service is great and the service is above and beyond. I put this website in my favorites and plan to purchase from them again. This was a real pleasure - no nonchalant, don't care salesclerks to deal with and no hassle or wasting gas going from store to store or rude drivers in between to deal with. What a pleasure. You will love doing business with Zappos! And the shoes are great, too!

Great shoes!
First of all, I am totally pleased with Zappos.com. Like another reviewer, I was hesitant about ordering for the 1st time. I ordered one day and the shoes were here the next day. They were here in time for my grandson's birthday. He loves them. Like it says, order at least 1 size larger. I don't see him everyday, but so far he loves them. I don't know about the fit and how they are wearing, but I've not heard any complaints. I would not hesitate to order from Zappos.com again. They are great!

I ordered these shoes LAST night about 9 o'clock and they were here today by 2 pm! No shipping cost and my daughter had been wanting a pair of these for a long time! What a wonderful Valentines Day gift she will get!!! I will order most of my stuff through Zappos from now on!!! Thanks!

Not a good buy for our family -
The only thing wrong with the shoes is that they scuff up my hardwood floors. Therefore, the kids are not allowed to wear them in the house. Nor can they wear them to school - dress code. So to practice rolling in them, we have to GO SOMEWHERE like the mall. And unlike many families, we are not on the go, go, go all the time. So our 2 pair of shoes sit there in the boxes, not worn.

Zappos is awesome!
My sons and my daughter love their new Heelys! Even my five-year-old can skate in these after a week or two of practice. They have had so much fun with these shoes. Beware!! They run VERY small. My daughter wears a 1 ½ - 2 sz shoe and I ordered her a 4 and they fit (this was after ordering the 2 and having them way too small!). My oldest son wears a 12 - 12 ½ and I ordered him the 1, and they fit with the perfect amount of growing room. I ordered my middle son a 12 and he wears an 11 and he will not be able to wear them for long. A friend told me about Zappos and their free overnight shipping. I managed to get the correct size before Christmas! Plus, I love that if they don't fit shipping is free to send them back! That is awesome! No other website that I know of is this awesome! I am now a loyal Zappos customer! It has been worth the little bit extra for hassle free shopping and shipping!

Got these for my son as a Christmas present. He loves them. Took a little while to get used to them, but he rides 'em all the time. Only change he wishes for is a grind plate on the bottom. We didn't know about them 'til after we got these.

These Heelys are attractive, structured well, and comfortable. My nephew is enjoying them and although he is not with me, I feel confident that they are safe because of its structure. They are not flimsy, but well made.

These Heelys are great for kids about seven or up. It’s good to get one size bigger than your regular shoe, so it fits much better!

Outstanding delivery! I ordered at 8:00 PM and received them the next day at 10:00am. And I am in the sticks! Cool product very well made. Didn’t take my son long to learn. Unfortunately he was doing a stunt and landed foul...Broken clavicle. So get the Aflac ready if you get em.

Fun shoe, but not every day -
The Zappos experience was great, the shoes came so fast and my son is not good at waiting. The shoes fit which was a surprise to me and he is in love with them. This is not an easy boy to please either.
