The leather on the shoe was a little hard the first two times I wore this shoe, but now it's really soft and comfortable.
Great look too. The heel is the right height too, for wearing with pants and skirts. I spend my days on my feet for long periods at a time and this shoe is great for that!
I also LOVE Zappos!

Love these shoes -
These shoes are great! You can dress them up or wear them with jeans, very versatile. I haven't worn them lots yet because of snow, so they still need to be broken in. I hope they stop hurting the top of my feet around the edges, but if not, I'll still wear them. That is my only complaint, otherwise I love them!

Cute, comfortable and versatile -
I love these shoes! I was looking for something with a kitten heel type of shoe that would look great with jeans, corduroys or skirts and at the same time fashionable but comfortable since I like to look good. I highly recommend these shoes.
