Nifty hip bag!
Love my new bag. It fits a lot of gym stuff (though I do use the zipper expansion on the bottom). It's totally cute and unique. I'd recommend it. Zappos rocks; I got the bag the day after I put the order in!

Love It!
I just received this bag and if love it already...The colors are much more vibrant than they appear on the screen (I have the green and brown one...sorry I can't remember the name of the colors). It has three graduated pockets on the front and the zipper on the bottom lets you expand the bag an extra five inches (awesome!) It also has two pockets on the inside, one of which is made of a plastic so that, lets say you put a lotion or chapstick in your bag on a hot day, it wouldn't explode all over you bag. Or anything else...I also loved this bad because I can put it over my shoulder for traveling when you always have your arms full...this bag also will make that a little better because the strap is cushioned...can't wait to use this bag..!

Best bag ever!!! I love, love, love this bag! I was a bit hesitant to buy it thinking the strap was too short, but I went ahead and got it because it looked like it would fit my need. I am so glad I did! The strap is not too short at all. It is perfect and very comfortable. I am 5'4" and small bone structure. I am using it to carry my lunch and gym gear on the bus everyday. I know it's going to be perfect as carry-on for travel. The construction is very high quality. The only issue with it is that the zippers do not zip up easily. Keen needs to work on that.

I like using this bag as my gym bag. The zippered opening for the yoga mat can be a bit difficult to use, maybe it's better for slimmer yoga mats? It does work with my yoga mat though. The photo of the bag was different when I ordered it, so I was surprised by how big it is, but I'm glad it's a good-sized bag (holds all my gym stuff!) The strap is very long and hits me about where it hits on the mannequin, but that's fine with me. And I love the color; I have the bossa nova/potting soil color.

Very Awkward -
I just received this bag today (after ordering after 4:30pm yesterday - thanks Zappos!!!) and was so excited. The excitement was short-lived, however. The strap is so cool but gets in the way when trying to open and look into the bag. Also, there are little compartments all over the bag that make it really neat, but the zippers are so hard to open. I felt like I was going to break them. Unfortunately, I will be returning this bag but will continue to be a Zappos devotee!

Short Strap -
This doesn't fit on me like the picture. It is a huge bag and was high up at my arm pit. Also, pretty heavy with nothing in it. Too bad, it is nice looking.

black Crocs for my husband's birthday (which is TODAY). Late YESTERDAY afternoon, I realized that I wasn't going to be successful in finding his size at my local stores and decided to order a pair from you; after all, I had received awesome customer service last year when I had ordered several pairs of shoes for Christmas. Anyhow, I ordered his shoes on your web site, fully expecting to receive them (maybe) sometime early next week. So, this afternoon, I had just finished wrapping up the email receipt to give to him when, lo and behold, Mr. UPS arrives at my door with none other than a ZAPPOS BOX!!! Now that is what I call customer service! How in the world you guys delivered in less than 24 hours is beyond me, but I just have to say that you made my day, and my husband's birthday. So thank you!!!
