I ordered these a year ago in a different color aftaer foot surgery. These are so great and go with all my pants. I live in them and other earth shoes, wouldn't be without them.

Great flexible shoe -
I bought this shoe for tai chi. It’s flexible and doesn't grip the floor which makes it great for turning. I have a neuroma and my feet don't hurt at all. Best with socks.

I've had my pair of Flights a year now. They have been very comfortable, expect, notably, for the first few weeks when the high heel pad rubbed the backs of my ankles way too much. What upsets me is that the velcro straps failed after just a few months. I have to keep re-strapping them to keep them from falling off my feet!! I do really like the sole of the shoe -- it would be nice if they made a nice shoe with a buckle and this sole.

Thanks to Zappos I found my Earth Flight - Vegan shoes in black. They arrived quickly in perfect condition. I love, love, love my shoes! Super comfy on my achy 82 year-old feet.

Nice for a house shoe -
This is an awesome shoe for wearing around the house. I found it did not give any support. I wear MBT's for my back, and hoped the Earth shoes would prove to be a good second choice, but unfortunately they are not. If you need a comfortable house shoe this might be good, but don't expect to be able to wear it out and about for more than an hour or so.

EARTH "FLIGHT" VEGAN SHOE ROCKS!
This shoe is everything you want in a shoe...extremely comfortable right out of the box, good support, like walking in a bedroom slipper, only better. It looks good on, is VERY light weight, and I absolutely love it! Will definitely order more.

This is the second pair of these shoes I have purchased for my granddaughter. She is a nurse. She LOVES them. Her foot is wide.

Earth vegan is very comfortable -
I needed a shoe for plantar fasciitis pain and this was great, enabled me to keep up my walking program. It's not the most beautiful shoe, but extremely comfortable with no break-in period. I am pregnant with wide feet now, and this was big on me, so be aware it runs really wide.

I love this shoe! I took them on a 2 week vacation, which involved a lot of walking. I had not worn them prior as I just bought them. They were lightweight, comfortable and I could wear them without socks. They felt like an old comfortable broken in shoe. I plan to get another pair in a different color! They are the greatest.

These shoes are very comfortable in general. The only issue is the ankle. I have to wear them with socks, if not, I would probably have a blister. And they would look better without the sock!

Pure Comfort -
I love this shoe! As a person who suffers from chronic foot and ankle problems, I can walk in these shoes all day and still feel great. No orthodics are needed. I also like the way I can adjust the fit of the heel. I will definitely buy a second pair next year.

The ONLY pair of shoes I'll teach in!
I am an intermediate school science teacher and am on my feet all day. I love all my Earth Shoes, but when I get ready for my school day, the only pair I'll wear are my Earth Flight! They are so comfortable and at the end of the day I do not suffer from any leg or back pain! I highly recommend these shoes for anyone who works on the go and is one their feet all day!

What a fabulously ugly yet comfortable shoe! I bought Flight in black- it was a semi-impulse buy because I kind of knew that they were going to look really dorky when worn, but I also thought that they looked really comfortable. Another huge plus is that they are vegan shoes. When I put these shoes on my feet for the first time and walked around, I audibly sighed because they felt so great! So, although putting them on your feet will automatically send out a BOLO to the fashion police, at least you will be able to outrun them because your feet will feel so good in these shoes! I have not tried them without socks because of what other reviewers have said- I'll break them in a bit first. Overall, great shoe.

Sad because I had to return -
These are really cute shoes, however, on me they where short. I normally wear a 10 to 10.5, my other Lazer's are a size 10, I can't wear 11, they are just to big. I thought these might have the same sizing. Wrong. I think these shoes had the potential to be one of my favorites. I am disappointed in having to return them.

The only negative thing I have to say about this shoe is that they are a little HOT side. Otherwise, the fit, feel and look are great. I have chronic plantar fasciitis and wear orthodics in EVERY shoe. Amazingly, I don't have to wear my orthodics in this shoe. I also have a VERY wide foot and I have plenty of room in this shoe, so that is the reason that I think they are wider than marked.

Most Comfortable Shoe Ever (But You Must Wear Socks)-
I love this shoe--wearing them is like walking on clouds. The most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Very light and breathable. Even though they are expensive, I'm breaking down and purchasing another pair because I've almost worn my first pair out. My only complaint--with all the air holes, you'd think you'd be able to wear these without socks, but I find I can't because the scratchy interior scratches up my bare feet. This is my main complaint with all the Earth Vegan shoes--even though so many are open designs (Mary Janes, etc.), you must wear socks with them in order to avoid blisters and scratches.

I have a herniated disk, and these shoes have been ever so helpful to me in enabling better posture and increased back comfort. Please never go out of business, but if you do, please give me a heads up so that I can snatch up enough pairs to last me the rest of my life!

Too wide, too bad..
LOVE these shoes, but they got wider and sloppier as I wore them...had to return them. Dang. Loved 'em, but after a while it was like strapping loose fabric to my foot, and I’ve got a wide foot!!! I’ll be watching for the new and improved version!!!

Earth Shoes Are Back!
Having worn leather Earth Shoes in the 1970's I was delighted to discover that a new generation of this shoe is in production. The same "negative heel" which works the back of your calves when walking but now with a light synthetic, "vegan" body. What's not to like!

Lightweight but odd fit -
These shoes are very lightweight and breathable for summer wear. But the straps are too long, need to be tightened a lot to keep the shoe from rubbing and then the straps overlap. I have 8 pairs of Earth shoes; these ones are my least favorite and have the least comfortable fit and feel. The style is also quite boxy and dowdy; the tennis shoes are much cuter and provide a more comfortable supportive fit for those on their feet all day.

Overall comfort is good. I had to tighten both straps because my foot is on the narrow side. I agree with previous comments that there is not enough velcro on the straps. Also they stick out too much when tightened.
I also have flat feet and put these shoes to the ultimate test by wearing them for an on my feet all day session. Unfortunately my arches got just as sore as with any other shoe. Big disappointment.
Other than that, I still like the shoes.
