Burgundy Sara -
These shoes are just darn cute. So many people comment on them. They are comfy, even required no "break in" time. The only thing I can criticize about them is that I like a little bit more of a heel.

Bleeding ankles -
These are beautiful shoes, but they hit high on the ankle and rub like crazy. I took the advice of another reviewer and bought gel inserts for my shoes, which raised my heels up and the back of the shoes hit a better place on my ankle. I still have to wear bandaids on one ankle to prevent the rubbing, even though I've had these shoes for awhile now.

Wish they fit!
The burgundy’s are so cute, and the insole feels like it would be great all day, but alas, they are too small. I owe a pair of the Aquarius in 10 and they fit fine, but these are at least a half-size too small in 10s for me, and there is no larger size. :-(

Cute shoes.
I got the burgundy color. They are very cute. I have narrow feet and they are a little wide, but not too bad. Overall, they are very comfy. I have to put a Bandaid on my heel if I do a lot of walking in these because they slide a little bit. But I really like the look of the burgundy/yellow.

Super cute, runs small, tall in back -
I love my new J-41s. They are relatively comfy (although the Keens and Earth shoes I bought at the same time are more comfortable). They definitely run small, so order a half size up. The backs rub up against my ankle bone a little because the heel is a little tall. But they are still comfortable enough to wear all day (I live in a big city without a car, so that's saying a lot). And they are just so cute...

Awkward heel - rubs -
The heel comes up high on the ankle and edge is stiff- rubs at the outside ankle bone - shoes don't usually come up this high. I put gel inserts inside to raise my foot up and they are comfortable now.

Wanted: Sara Sports Vegan -
The shoe satisfies my vanity, but is not as guilt-free as the vegan J-41 Sideline. Would buy more pairs if this shoe were vegan. Is apparently eco-friendly with recycled parts though. Reviewers said Sideline is not comfy, so took their advice and bought Sara Sports. I usually wear 9.5, but needed a 10. The one strap without velcro rubs the top of my foot despite being elasticized. Usually wear Dansko, so this shoe does not compare in comfort, but looks nice. Is more like a slipper in that way - wouldn't want to walk distances in it.

...enough said. Love this brand. I love comfortable shoes, that are also fun and funky. I now own 4 pairs of this brand of shoes and love them all. They even have some that are a little more "dressy". They wear really well. I get tons of compliments on them. They fit is always the same - I am an 8.5, and maybe a tad narrow and in all 4 pairs I own the 8.5 was perfect. Thank you Zappos for carrying such a LARGE selection.

Love it!
What a great shoe! I was looking for a good shoe to wear everyday, to keep my foot a bit warmer in the colder months, and to be able to wear all day, even if I have to walk a lot. And to look a bit more "dressed" and fun than a running shoe/sneaker. So far this fits the bill very well! I also love the look of this shoe (I got black) and am thinking about getting it in more colours!

Cute shoes - a little bit fussier looking than I expected. The heel definitely rubbed and was sensitive with the first 4 or 5 wearings - but now no problem. Are constructed very well with quality materials.

A strange thing happened after I put on these shoes: total strangers of all types started commenting on how great they looked. I really didn't expect this of a simple shoe like this one is, but people really took notice. They look more comfortable than they are, but they're not exactly uncomfortable either. Buy them, you won't regret it.

Love these shoes!
These are without a doubt the most comfortable casual shoes I've ever worn. And even my 17 yr old daughter thinks they're cute! I've worn these all day at school functions -- from 10 AM to midnight. On my feet all day. I wore them without socks the first time I had no blisters, no sore feet. Highly recommend!

Great little shoe -
I was looking for something comfortable and sporty to wear on an upcoming trip to Italy and these fit the bill. They offer a little extra arch support which is great for those of us with high arches. The inside is padded so you don't really need to wear any kind of sock if you don't want to. I've already received numerous compliments the one time I’ve worn them. I love the orange contrast on the black suede.

This shoe is so cute. They run a little small. I was disappointed when the backs rubbed and caused blisters on my heels. The next time I wore them I used blister pads and they were fine. Not really a lot of padding in the sole it is about as much support as a flip flop.

J-41 Sara Sports -
This is my 3rd J-41 purchase and unfortunately, my 3rd J-41 return. So far, I've tried 3 different styles all of which are fabulous looking but sadly lacking in comfort. The footbed of this one is extremely soft, no problem about that. But the weird thing is the part around the sides of the feet--they are too high that they hit the ankle bones at an awkward angle that it's not really that comfortable because of that. I don't know why the makers can't hit the design right with their shoes. Just glad Zappos accepts returns and customer service is great.

Cute funky casual shoe. I have the dark red with yellow piping. Comfortable overall, except binding at top of shoe a little stiff but ok with socks for now. I am hoping it will be good for packing since it is relatively compact compared to tennis shoes or Keens so can be used for serious walking and maybe even a mild gym workout. I like that it is made of at least partially recycled materials.

I wanted a pair that would look cute and be very comfortable—I am going on a trip that I expect to do a lot of walking—this one fits the bill!!!
I have another style in the J41’s-the Escapade-for that shoe I had to go down ½ a size-like the Privo’s but this pair I had to get my normal size 10-there is no room to spare!! If you are between sizes I would go to the next whole size. The fixed strap is not tight-and did not bother me the first day at all. The other strap adjusts. I felt a nice bounce to my step. Very happy with these and love the fact they look so cute and my feet felt great!

Suede-y comfort but...
I would totally have kept these if the left back didn't cut into my ankle bone! They are pretty high in the back, so that is a potential problem. Otherwise, they were like butter inside-soft and suede-like. The outside is very funky and fun. Too bad!

Great shoe!
I loved these shoes, however, they were a little small. You may want to order a half size up. The look is terrific. I decided on the Mississippi J-41s, but may get these as well. Try them. This brand is fabulous!
