	I don't know who to thank for this process, but it was unbelievable! I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife one day. The next day they arrived... that night she tried them on and decided she needed a 1/2 size larger. I forgot to bring them to work the following day, but the next day I brought them here and called in the exchange. The representative (who was absolutely fantastic (but whose name I have sadly forgot n)) e-mailed me a return slip and shipped out the correct pair of shoes that arrived THE NEXT DAY!!! Which my wife really appreciated. To say we just became loyal customers is an understatement... even more impressive when you consider my wife is a Podiatrist! Thanks again! Chuck
