Small frames, but long necks needed -
I tried this on and immediately had the handle at the top rubbing against my back uncomfortably, no matter how I adjusted the shoulder straps. If you look at the picture of the tan model, you can see it's doing the same thing to the model. You can't see it in the picture of the brown backpack because her hair is long, dark, and curly. Maybe people who wear backpacks all the time are used to this, but I found it very uncomfortable and returned the bag.

Good for smaller frames -
I ordered this bag because of the reviews that said it was good for those on the petite side. I've been having a hard time finding a bag that can carry my load of school books and not break my back. This bag is a little on the small size for my needs, but I can fit several textbooks and my laptop (though not with a sleeve). I wish the bag had slightly more mature styling though - it seems aimed at high schoolers rather than those in grad school. I really could live without the little labels on the pockets. Still, it is way more comfortable than other unisex bookbags I've tried. I wish there were more backpacks designed specifically for women or for those with smaller frames. Overall, the bag fits my back really well, so I'm going to give it a shot. It's definitely worth trying for those who have had similar issues with other bags.

My daughter thinks this is an AWESOME book bag -
I got this for my daughter because her other book bag was falling apart that she had just bought for school this year. She loves the bag. It holds all her books and her laptop computer. I was very pleased with the purchase and she loves everything about it. Thank You!

I really like this backpack; it is exactly what I wanted. It’s cute, small and has a great padded spot for my laptop. No complaints.

Love it!!
This backpack is very nicely made, and the butter color is beautiful yet neutral enough to go with everything. I love the subtle feminine details: cute printed and silky fabric inside, and icons inside organizer pockets to tell you what they are for--a pair of lips for the makeup/gum pouch, no men picture for a tampon pouch, a sunglasses pouch, water bottle, cell phone and keys... it's pretty funny. Best of all, it fits my small frame. It also fits my really old, huge laptop and probably about 3 notebooks or 2 small binders and a light jacket in the main pockets. Only complaints are I wish it had a chest strap, and the handle on the top prevents me from wearing it as high on my back as I would like because it would cut into my neck. Camelback makes a chest strap you can attach, so I will be buying that since I have scoliosis and its way more comfortable that way.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: anything by Element skateboard co.

Loved it!
I loved it! It was comfortable, practical and very stylish. I bought it for a trip to Disney and it survived the abuse perfectly. It still looks new.

Love it for ME...
I absolutely love this bag... It's cute and very organized. I got it mainly for a computer/college bag and it fits my computer perfectly. BUT... I think that if you have anything bigger than a Macbook you may want a different bag. My Macbook fits great in it but anything much bigger than a 13 inch may feel bulky.

I was looking for a small bag to fit my petite size. This bag was it; it's tiny and cute, great for the smaller backs.
HOWEVER, since it is so small, I have a hard time fitting everything I need into the bag. It fills up quickly to the brim...but it is REALLY comfortable and stays on really well when you are wearing it.

This bag is SO comfortable! I am a petite girl, so I bought this bag hoping it would be small enough to fit me without over powering my back. It came REALLY quickly and it is SO cute on the inside. It has cute pockets made of satin and it fits really well. I am still able to get all my school books in there plus a small jacket! It's great.
