Great shoes -
We ordered these shoes and my daughter wore them to the mountains for a vacation immediately. We did a lot of walking and hiking. These shoes provided comfort and support for her feet. Thanks Zappos!

Finally...fabulous -
I have short, wide feet without much arch-probably zero arch. (Ladies 6 WW/Youth 4.5 EW) I tried pretty much every shoe available and finally tried the youth sizes. (TY Zappos and free ship/return! yikes!) Wonderful! Nice and wide and more cushion than any ladies size/brand I tried. The shoes are actually wide enough in the toe area and snug enough in the heel. Since I had absolutely no luck with any other shoe I tried, I ordered another pair for "next time." Sure wish they came in other colors. My toes aren't crunched together and my feet don't hurt. Yay!!!! And of course, Zappos customer service is fabulous. Even "talked" online trying to find a shoe that would work!! CS rep was a gem.
