Very Cute -
I love the look of these shoes. They are generally comfortable. The only problem with these shoes is that they are huge - at least a 1/2 size larger than marked (maybe more like a whole size larger). Zappos was great to order from and the price on these shoes with the free shipping was great.

I really love these shoes and so did my daughter. Ran a little bigger than my normal size but was easily taken care of with Zappos easy returns!

These are just what I expected from Converse, an awesome looking, comfortable, classic casual shoe. They look good worn with almost anything if you're a bit adventuresome in your style :)

Quick as a wink -
As I am still awaiting delivery of an item I ordered in November from another company, I was astonished that Zappos not only kept their promise of timely delivery but surpassed it. I got my purchase the second day after I ordered. My reaction was, 'Wow!'.

Shoes are one size smaller than what you would normally be. ex. if your a size 13 order a 12. Love them, thanks Zappos.

The beauty and the -
slight pain in my toe. I love converse, but these are made of a non-canvas, viscossy-like fabric that has a weird slipperiness to it. It just kinda has a weird sliding effect: you'd have to experience it to understand. Not rubbing, just sliding. And a non-breathable. So... I still love em, but wear natural fiber socks with em, to make em feel good~!

Good look bad fit -
I bought these Chucks because they were different and cool, but they were a whole size larger then marked. I wear a 7.5 in women’s and ordered the 7...they looked like clown shoes. I was devastated because I wanted to wear them with skinny jeans and half sizes aren't available for me to order a new pair. Although that size wasn't on point...its still a classic and chick shoe!

Getting used to...
I noticed that people were beginning to wear Chucks with skinny jeans, so I decided to give the trend a try! They look awkward at first, but it just takes some getting used to. They felt a half size larger then marked, but I couldn't order a full size smaller or else they would kill me... so it’s your choice! Other than that super quick shipping and awesome shoe!

 |  | A while back, I saw a feature story about your company on a TV news magazine show. I had never heard of your organization, but the story was awesome! A company of SHOES that people loved to deal with and work for. Very inspiring and very cool. In my fashion and glamour circle (I write, review, and blog about skin care and cosmetics), I began inquiring if anyone had dealt with you in the past. My one associate raved about your products and services and said it was THE only place she could find this one pair of shoes she loved. When I told her about the news show I saw and your "core values" she too was inspired. Fast forward to this weekend, when a sudden online shopping craving overtook me. Bought my monthly fix of lip gloss...check. Took advantage of the latest fall jeans and sweater deals...check. Stocked up on seasonal scents of scrubs and lotions...check. So what was left? Yup. Shoes. Even though I try to run with the times, I'll admit I generally hate shoe shopping. Nothing ever seems to be completely comfortable, the heels all seem too tall (I'm already 5'10"!), and the selections in the stores around me are either too blah or too "You wouldn't catch me dead in them." I have very few shoes in my closet, and almost all are black. But with fall quickly approaching, I needed something new and "in."
After looking at big department store web sites, I decided to take the style I was looking for (the hottest new shoe-boot casuals) and search your web site. I loved being able to sort by color, heel height, style and size. I could compare features and prices with only a couple of clicks. I was able to not just find the exact shoe I was looking for, but was also able to find it in a brand that I had bought in the past (and loved)! Shipping was uber fast, and they arrived today! Although they fit perfect (yeay!) I really wasn't worried if they didn't because your return policy is unsurpassed and not to be stressed by anyone! So, I'll say thank you again for an awesome service, an awesome site, and an awesome shopping experience. My husband, who now realizes the girl who wasn't excited about shopping for shoes before now is (and whose credit card realizes this as well) isn't as happy.
