Love these insoles. I have bought 3 pair in the last past year. Great for putting in my shoes that I wear at the hospital for 12 hour shifts or for my running shoes. Greatly help prevent knee and back pain for me.

Athletic shoe inserts - These inserts were recommended by my chiropractor. Since using these inserts, the pain in my feet has disappeared.

Can't beat them -
I've been using DownUnders in my running shoes for a few years now, and they have helped save my knees and feet. I've tried many others, but these are the ones that work the best in my running shoes. I find they have just the right amount of arch support.

These were great!
I bought these purple ones 2 years ago and no longer use them. At the time they provided instant relief from plantar fasciitis and other painful foot issues. I got about a year's worth of comfort from them. I would suggest these for folks with normal feet (no problems that is). They are very high quality for the money.
