Beautiful but narrow!
These are gorgeous shoes! The padded sole makes them comfy despite the height of the heel. Based on previous reviews I ordered a wide, even though I've never worn a wide. When I first tried them on even the wide was TIGHT! But, within a few hours the patent leather stretched and now they fit beautifully. Highly recommend ordering one width up from your normal.

Cute Shoe, But...
This is a very cute shoe, however, it isn't true to size. I ordered a wide and it feels like a medium. I am trying to stretch it out and hopefully and I start wearing it soon, but it is a cute shoe.

Great shoe! Best style if you love high heels! Have this in 4 colors. Based on suggestions ordered wide width which is perfect for my avg 6 1/2 foot. No cutting across top. Fits great in back of heel. You can walk in these. Read the many good reviews - they were right on!

The shoes are perfect! They do run a bit large but are so comfortable and well designed. Zappos service is amazing - I ordered this pair with overnight delivery and they weren't kidding. The order was placed in the afternoon, was processed that same day and shipped out that night!

Perfect Fit - Sensual Look -
I have worn Stuart Weitzman shoes for years and an 8N always fits. Despite the high heel and pointed toe, being properly fitted distributes weight correctly and the arch hits where it should. The cushioned sole makes standing comfortable and the narrow heel keeps my foot in the shoe. Many shoes in all price ranges are available only in medium widths and I walk out of the shoes. I think many people wear an improperly fitted shoe because the shoe is not made in narrow widths. Stuart Weitzman always comes through. This shoe is gorgeous and feels great!

Absolutely Beautiful -
When I opened the box, I fell completely in love with this shoe. Then I tried it and cried because I ordered the smallest size and it was still ½ size too big for my 5½ size foot.

Sensual is sexy and comfortable -
This shoe is great! A pointy toed shoe that adds sass to any outfit, and it is comfortable too. I wear a true size 5 and the Sensual fit perfectly. I tried the Stuart Weitzman patent platform (Platpurist?) which I think would have been comfortable but for some reason it shifted my foot so far forward that it felt a half size too big. When I put this shoe on it felt perfect without pinching the toes and it looks great on.

It's true...you get what you pay for. I tried on about 10 black pumps, looking for something to wear with a cocktail dress. As soon as I put this on the others just didn't compare. Very comfortable and very sexy... you can't go wrong with this classic.

It's so sad!
These are absolutely gorgeous and I LOVE them!! But they have to go back, because as all the other reviewers said, they are just too narrow. Since I wear a 5 I didn't think it would be a problem but there is just now way. If a wide was available in my size I would definitely get it!!

The ultimate sexy pump!
I was thrilled to discover this shoe! I literally almost squeeled when I opened the box! I too had coveted the Fever but a 4" heel is too much for work. But this 3.5" heel and the SW styling is perfect! Previous posts had advised to order half a size up, however, I found I was able to wear my usual SW size so you may have to try a few pair before getting the sizing correct, but it's worth it. The black patent is so "on trend" that I've been creating outfits around them. The day these arrived I logged on and ordered them in red quasar and cognac tartaruga/black!

An awesome purchase (when you order the right size)!
I recently purchased the Cognac Tartaruga/Black, and man...am I in love! I first fell for these after seeing the Tartaruga in the Fever at the Stuart Weitzman's store. I normally wear a 10M; however, that size didn't fit at all (way too tight in the toe area), and they did not have a W or an 11. I kept hearing this style ran small :( So Zappos to the rescue! After reading the reviews, I first started to order a 10.5W; however, Zappos ran out, so I went with an 11M, and they fit just fine! They are slightly loose around my heel and on the side, but some inserts will help solve that! They look even more beautiful once you receive them and are show stopper. Buy them and enjoy!

Simple and sexy -
I was initially hesitant about buying these shoes because of the heel height and because I thought they might be too narrow for my 9.5 M feet. Based on reviewer advice I decided to buy these in 9.5 W and they are a perfect fit. At first a bit snug but perfect after wearing them in...I have only worn them twice and already they are very comfortable! The quality of the leather is excellent and the look is simple with just the right amount of sex appeal so a really good wardrobe staple to have in your closet. I absolutely recommend these shoes, they are a fabulous buy!

I have many Stuart Weitzman shoes and this is the first one that does not really feel like it fits well- heel fits wide while the rest if the shoe is fine - causing my heel to want to walk out of the shoe.

Not as bad as I thought on width!
I started eyeing this shoe on Zappos months ago. Every time I am in department store, I visit it! (OK, I fondle it but who is looking) I finally broke down and purchased the red quasar with some reservations since I wear and 11W and after reading the reviews I thought I wouldn't even be able to squeeze into this shoe. Although it is a bit snug at the widest part of my feet, it was not as narrow as I thought. It isn't quite as tight as a B, maybe something like a C. Definitely no were near a D. The shoe itself is stunning. Absolutely breathtaking. It looks even better on. Sexy. Makes your legs look fabulous and not really that hard to walk in except they are a little snug. (I hope they stretch without getting bumpy looking on the outside.) My only regret is not ordering them long ago when other colors were also available in 11W!! Now I'm in trouble. I know I can wear this brand and I LOVE the sexy, sexy pumps!

Way sexy -
I never wear shoes like this, but, they were so pretty.....I wore them to a party and got a zillion comments/compliments! All my girlfriends wanted to try them on!! And, we all agreed that, for as high as the heel is, they were amazingly comfortable. Not bad at all for standing, but I still have trouble walking in them. But, they are so fabulous looking that I will willingly practice. I did buy wide and am glad. A bit wide in the heel, and I had to add some inserts for that, but, other than that, they are gorgeous and I'm delighted to have them. For high heels, they are very comfortable. I highly recommend these shoes.

Drop Dead Gorgeous!
I purchased this shoe in the red and it will make an old woman wish for younger days. It's so stylish and it pretty comfortable for the height. I purchase my normal size 10 N and the fit was perfect. I'm thinking about purchasing it in the black patent.

I love the Black Patent; it is very elegant and is so gorgeous. The toe cleavage, low cut sides, and beautifully shaped heel make this a very sexy shoe that would be appropriate to wear in a business setting or for going out in the evening. The arch support is moderate, and was fine for my high arch. I was able to wear this shoe for a few hours at a party, but it was a relief to take them off at the end of the evening. With more wearings I think this shoe will be more comfortable. I normally take an 8M, however in the Black Patent I had to take an 8W. The 8W fits like an 8M. When I wear hose, my heel slips out occasionally in these; the fit is much better without hose. I tried the Red Quasar and the 8W was too big, especially in length and a tiny bit in width on the sides. The Red Quasar 8M is true to size; it's a color to wear when you want the focus to be on your shoes. My favorite color overall in this style is the Cognac Tartaruga Patent, the ultimate in elegance, followed closely by the Black Patent.

Simply fabulous!
I have been looking at these shoes for almost a year before I finally decided to buy them. I was not sure that I wanted to invest more than two hundred dollars in another pair. I must admit I gasped when I opened a box with 8.5 red quasar. The shoes are beautiful at the picture, but they are simply magnificent in reality. I normally wear Stuart Weitzman's creations in 8.5 medium and feel very comfortable. But medium width in these shoes is a bit tight. It works for me, because I have very narrow feet and I only need to wear my red quasar several times for them to fit "like a glove." For women with normal or wide shoes, I highly recommend a wide width. The arch support is excellent to the point that I do not notice a high heel at all. This pair is classy, stylish, SEXY, and comfortable. I was lucky to purchase the last pair in red in my size. Zappos' service is fabulous!

I originally bought this shoe at Saks Fifth Avenue. I could not believe how tight this shoe was on my foot, although it fit from front to back. When I came on here and read all the reviews, it made total sense. This shoe is insanely narrow. I have a pretty narrow foot, and I needed the wide width (6W). I exchanged the 6M to Saks and got the 6W from Zappos, and now it's perfect.
DEFINITELY go up a width!

I have been waiting for these beauties -
This is a beautiful, goes with everything, wardrobe essential. It is surprisingly comfortable but as with any pointy toe patent, I ordered a size up and it fits great. I have a similar shoe in champagne and red but this one is my favorite.

These run large.
Don't be fooled by the pointy toes. These are very comfortable heels. Be aware - they run a half size large, even with the pointy toes. Resist the urge to order them "loose," or they will be falling off your feet.

Gorgeous but...
This is a gorgeous shoe, but even in the wide width it still felt way too tight. Usually SW's shoes fit me beautifully; not sure why this one doesn't. Maybe it's the heel height. I will be returning this pair.

I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever.
