Not what I expected from Weitzman -
Very poor workmanship on the shoes I received. I could see globs of glue. The suede on the heel was not put on the shoe very well; it was not laid out straight so some stuck over the edge, leaving a portion of the heel exposed w/o the suede. Pinched at the base of the toes.

They are classy and comfortable and can be worn with jeans or a dress. They are worth the money as are timeless and won’t go out of style.

Nice dress shoe -
This was a great shoe. The heel was not too high, yet high enough to be dressy. I have bunions & other foot problems, which make wearing heels difficult. I did get by for a few hours before my feet became uncomfortable, but anyone without my problems would find this extremely comfortable.

I love this shoe. It is so beautiful and comfortable and really looks good on my feet. I ordered the shoe a size larger because of the pointed toe and it works our beautifully.

"My brown suede shoes"
As I have gotten older I do not like to wear "high heels", these looked perfect when I saw them from Zappos...they were the perfect color and fit.

Love this shoe! I have foot problems that make finding a comfortable shoe very difficult, yet I refuse to buy dowdy shoes!. SW, however, never lets me down. This shoe is stylish and comfortable. I rate my shoes in increments of "2 hour shoes", "4 hour shoes", "8 hour shoes" and over. This, for one who suffers, is a solid 6 hour shoe. I bought one pair in black, and it was so good that I bought another in brown. Very satisfied. If you like the look, you can't go wrong.

Who can wear a shoe this narrow?
I have a very narrow foot and heel but OMG this shoe is sooo narrow a 10AA is more like a 10S! Or 10 SS! Pretty shoe, sorry it didn't fit me.

 |  | Incredible customer service. I made my purchase on a Monday and sent an email to the support staff asking to upgrade my shipping to receive my shoes before Saturday. They sent me a reply email a few minutes later telling me that they would ship them overnight at no extra charge, WOW!!! I know Zappos is growing as a company, I'm just really impressed that you guys, no matter how big you get, are still taking care of the customer. Thank you!!!
