Great shoe! Had to order a wide even though I don't normally wear a wide, but they are a great classic shoe. Looks great with jeans or khakis!

Perfect clogs for my problem feet -
I love love love SoftWalk Madeira, finally I found perfect size & thanks to Jen in CS she was very helpful. I ordered double width in 61/2 & my feet is happy. If my feet are happy I am happy. Thank you very much Zappos for having CS who are very accommodating & helpful.

Not what I expected -
I've loved my other SoftWalks but honestly I need to return these. They fit so strangely - I have an extra-wide foot and a very high instep; the toe-box is more than wide enough, maybe too much, but the instep is too tight to get my foot in properly; and the base of the shoe is far too flexible for a clog. If my foot wasn't so 'tall' I suppose I could get my toes in there and seated correctly but even then I don't feel like I would be stable on the sole. They look beautiful but feel like something you'd buy at a dollar store.

Fantastic!
I bought a pair of these clogs in the spring and I could not believe how comfortable they are. I plan on buying another pair (different color) this fall. They're worth EVERY penny as the comfort is unmatched and the style looks great!

Love these shoes!
I have always had difficulty finding comfortable shoes. In the past few years this problem has gotten worse, and the only shoes I had found that didn't cause me pain were Crocs. I decided to give these shoes a try based on the outstanding Zappos return policy. I ordered the first pair in my normal size and width and they were too small - I called and asked for the shoes to be exchanged for a 1/2 size larger, and a double width (EE). These are hands down the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned, aside from my Crocs. Zappos customer service is awesome and I will certainly continue to shop here.

I have a wide foot. Being the first time to order from Zappos, I wasn't sure how their shoes fit. I ordered The WW and it was too wide, so I called to let them know and while I was returning they were sending another pair. I had to go a 1/2 size smaller in a Wide. Great fit and very comfortable.

Surprise -
I have not been able 2 walk into a shoe store & walk out with a purchase for many years. My feet have widened over the years. I have a problem w/fit. Having written that. I was pleasantly surprised. When the Maderia not only fit but wasn't a bit clunky looking. They have a simple feminine look. P.S. I've been shopping @ Zappos for 5 yr. I've tried many shoes some are hits & some are misses. It is great to be able put pair/pairs of shoes back into their boxes. Ship back free & get an immediate refund.

These are the most comfortable and supportive show -
I love these shoes; they provide great support to my lower back and my feet. I have problems with both and I LOVE these hoes. I have 2 pair. I had the last year model and I LOVED them, but the dog got them so I purchased 2 pair this time.

Wonderfully comfortable -
I got these when I was 8 mos pregnant and having the sorest of feet-- initially ordered the narrows but too narrow across the top. I do have somewhat narrow feet but the regulars fit me great. They are so cushiony and supportive... really wonderful! I definitely needed to go up 1/2 size versus regular size.

Was disappointed -
The shoe looked a lot more frumpy than in the pictures and wasn't what I expected. The insole is nice because of the cushy step, but I did not get the comfort or look I was hoping for based on the reviews I read, which is what I depend on when buying from Zappos. I ordered my true size, which turned out fine, but probably should have ordered a wide as I felt the shoe was narrow. I wear shoes similar to this style and am used to this heel height. However, on more than a few occasions I had a twisting of the ankle due to the narrowness. I will probably end up just wearing them around the house or yard.

These shoes are really comfortable. The only problem is that I usually wear a wide and the wide was surprisingly narrow. Thus, I ended up with the double wide. The problem with the double wide is that they stretched almost immediately and then my foot would slide out if I wasn't careful. This would not have been a big deal had I been home, but in Europe where I was traveling, it was hard to find inserts for the footbed. Once I found the inserts, the shoe was great. I personally do not think it is a very fashionable looking shoe, but it is VERY soft and comfortable and I did walk all day without my feet getting tired.

I love this shoe. I own two pairs. Order a half size larger than usual. I am a teacher and on my feet all day long. These keep my feet happy. I love the styling. They look great with jeans as well as dressier pants.

Finally comfort with Style!
It's so hard to find shoes that come in double wides, much less one that looks good. This shoe does run a bit short in length. Normally, I'm a 9 double wide, but for these I bought a 9.5 double wide to get the right length. I can wear them for hours - at work, at the mall, wherever. They look awesome with my jeans. I'm so glad I made this purchase.

A clog that stays on my foot!
I have very narrow feet, and this shoe miraculously stays on my foot. I can even run in them. In SoftWalk, I always have to order a half size larger than my normal largest size. The padding is very comfortable, and my toes have plenty of room. The shoe has nice lines, and the flowers are a subtle cute touch.

I have trouble getting small sized shoes and I live in clogs. These are a perfect fit, comfortable and very cute. I love them. AND, I live in the middle of nowhere and I ordered these shoes one evening and they were at my house the next morning. I didn't even order next day delivery. Love the shoes and Zappos.

I wore these shoes right out of the box and flew to London, did days of sightseeing in them and they look and feel as good as they did the first day. Excellent shoe.

Great clog!
This clog is one of the best feeling clogs I have ever had! My friends tried it on and they agreed also. I wore this clog to a ballgame for the first time and my feet felt great, you could wear them all day shopping and your feet would feel like you were walking on clouds! Get this clog, you won't be sorry! I wear an 8 1/2 in shoes, but got this clog in a 9. Perfect fit. Love you Zappos!

You cannot beat the comfort of these shoes although they run a little short in length. This is not a huge issue because they are clogs. I order a 1/2 size up so my foot does not hang off the back. These are the best shoes I have found for my wide foot with a high instep. They look reasonably stylish and not too "granny-like" I am still pining for a sexy, pointed-toe shoe in a wide width (EE) but for some reason they do not want to market super-sexy wide shoes to we wide-foot gals. Why, I'll never know! I would pay BIG money for it. I am a bit weary of the clog look for myself but it is an option I have (only) found at Zappos that works for me. Everywhere else I have NO options. Thanks for listening!

 |  | I just wanted to take the time to tell you that this was the best online retail experience I've ever had! From start to finish, the process was extremely well thought out. The ordering process was as easy as actually being in a brick and mortar store, payment was a breeze, and shipping was unheard of! I ordered two pairs of Globe "The Don" shoes on Tues night around 7pm. The next day I got an email saying my shipping was being upgraded at no charge cuz I'm "super rad" and then on Thurs afternoon, they were on my doorstep!
