Not enough support for me.
Not sure if I have a really high arch or not, but these were not comfortable for me. I am on my feet most of the day and I need the support and stability, but this fell short.

I was very hesitant about buying boots over the internet...but I couldn't find any red boots in a style that I liked, so I took a chance. These are so elegant looking, and so very comfortable...I’ve worn them for 14 hours at a time with no problems. They are very stylish and I've gotten tremendous compliments...

Great boot!
I received the taupe colored boots because I couldn't find a color like this locally. This boot fits true to size. It is ever so slightly big but you need a boot to fit a little big to pull on or be able to wear socks. It is really stylish and so comfortable as I have worn these at work all day with no problems. I have always ordered the size I wear which is a 7 1/2 and the shoes/boots always fit. So be careful when you read reviews about the boot fitting too small or too big.

I love them!
I got the taupe color -- hard to find this color at the mall. These boots run about 1/2 size small, so I ordered a 9M. Fit great with thin socks. Nice heel size. Not hard to put on -- mine slipped right on. Received overnight for free! Thanks, Zappos!

After a long (loooong) search, I finally found and ordered this shoe. I absolutely loved it- the fit was good (with thin socks my normal size was fine), they were comfortable, easy to walk in, and looked great. It would have been perfect, but the heel shank was loose and squeaked every time I moved my foot. Zappos was great and made a quick exchange (the new pair was on my doorstep the next day), but that pair had the same problem. After two strikes I'm moving on... but sadly- awesome shoe except for the noise!

The perfect red boot!
I needed a pair of red boots to wear with jeans and these are the perfect pair of boots. The color is gorgeous and the suede is of good quality. The boots are a little difficult to get on, but once on are more comfortable than I thought they would be.

I got this boot in the red color but it's actually a gorgeous raspberry color. This boot looks great poking out from under a pant leg. The fold over top with the large size button, really jazzes these boots up and makes them a unique, not run-of-the-mill shoe boot. Great 1 day delivery by Zappos.

Uncomfortable -
Difficult shoe to get on and once you do, very uncomfortable. Cute looking shoe, decent price but I don't think I could wear these for more than an hour (so I returned them).
