This is the best backpack ever! This backpack goes to the head of the class. My high schooler was looking for one like this for months and when she found it on Zappos we were thrilled. It came SO fast and she absolutely LOVES it - and gets so many compliments on it at school. It is on the small side given the amount of books and binders she needs to carry but wouldn't trade it for anything.

Jeemmmaaa jemma jemamaaaaa jemma! =) I love this backpack. So nice. Comfort- a lot more comfortable than say, a Jansport backpack. The foam back panel is very stiff and provides support for lots of heavy books. The straps of the backpack are nicely padded for comfort. The reason I give it 4 stars is because its still uncomfortable if you load it up with books. Look- I love the white color. The fabric is very thick. Backpack still keeps its shape with lots of books it in (unlike Jansport). Looks better than it does in the picture. Overall- I like it a lot better than Jansport backpacks.

	I want to take this time to write to you guys and say thank you for the great service I received. You guys went ahead and went out of your way to prioritize my order and make it arrive even sooner than expected, just to show consumer appreciation. I appreciate that a lot. A week ago I had never even heard of Zappos.com and now, I'm going around telling family and friends of your great variety of shoes and the excellent service you guys provided me with.
