I purchased these boots for my daughter. She is a size 8 1/2. We ordered the size 8, but found them too small. I am sure they would not have lasted her till January. We then ordered the size 9 and they were perfect. We found that we had to order up instead of down as many of the reviews stated. Zappos is just unbelievable. They shipped both boots within 24 hours which made my daughter extremely happy. It is a delight dealing with such a great online shoe company. I recommend them to everyone!

I love them! They\'re so comfortable and match with almost everything. I would definitely recommend everyone to buy a pair and especially from this website. The shipping was incredible and Zappos were an excellent help!

I love these boots, but the thing I love most about these Ugg boots that I never take off, is the customer service I received from Zappos. Every business should take a clue from Zappos. Kindness + good policies = me and my big mouth telling everyone I know how awesome Zappos is. The boots make me feel like a "young-un."

These Uggs were just what I expected. The color was as it was represented. Since these boots do not come in half sizes make sure you go down in size not up. They run large. The biggest surprise was that I ordered them around 10:00 am and had them on the doorstep the next day by 4:00 pm. It was great! I would order them again.

Perfecto! I love classic short Uggs! They are very comfortable and extremely warm. My feet are always cold, but never when wearing Uggs. The short style is very flattering and sexy. Order a size down as recommended. If they ever go on sale, I'm definitely getting another pair in a different color. Worth all the money.

These boots were nice and comfortable, but I ended up going with the Ugg Argyle boots as they were taller and made of very cute sweater material.

These Ugg boots are as wonderful as always. They are soft and comfortable and never disappointing. The best part is ordering from Zappos! They always come quickly and ordering is easy. I buy all my shoes from Zappos!

Purchased my 2nd pair of Classic Uggs and loved them just as much as the first pair! I ordered the size smaller than my regular size as recommended and they fit wonderful! Love the fact the day after I ordered them they were at my door.

I love my Uggs! I live in these every day once the weather gets below 50. \r\nMy only complaint is I think they changed the sizing... I wear an 8 1/2, and had ordered an 8 before and they fit perfectly. When I ordered an 8 again this year, I couldn\'t even get my foot in. I guess they decided to make them more true to size? We will see how the 9 works!

I got on line to your site to buy my wife a gift, I went with the classic short dark brown uggs. And boy am i glad i did my wife loves the boots she wears them all the time, and said they are great. This was my second purchase from Zappos.com and it was equally as easy as the first one. Merchandise is always of great quality and the shipping time is fast. Love the fact that I can ship back returns for free, although I have not had to yet!

I ordered the Ugg boots for my granddaughter\'s birthday gift. I wasn\'t sure they would arrive in time and I was prepared to wrap a picture of them and tell her they were coming but they arrived in perfect condition 2 days before her birthday! I originally bought these boots 1 size smaller as per the previous reviews. I found them to run true to size and needed to exchange for my actual size. Love the boots. Must comment on the customer service from Zappos. There is no better customer service department than the one at Zappos. I have bought several pairs of shoes and boots from them and have had only this problem with the size. Exchanged in less than 5 days with no hassle. Keep up the great work.

These shoes rock. After 3 northern winters, I reluctantly jumped on the Uggs bandwagon, and no regrets! These shoes are like warm fluffy pillows on my feet. A silver lining on a gross cold day. I still don't understand their appeal to people in warmer climates (or paired with cold little skirts), but up here in the freezing weather, I'm in love.

Not sure about ordering smaller size. I wear a 9, so based on Ugg reviewers I ordered an 8. They are the most comfortable boots ever, but they are snug! I'm going to order a 9 today and keep the one that feels better in the end. Perhaps the fur will pack down and the 8 will be fine in a few days. I have a carpeted room I'm going to wear them in just to see if they loosen up in a few hours. We'll see.

Okay, for those of you who can't get the right Ugg fit, and your heel still slips up in the back a lot, get the youth children's size. They fit me perfectly, and are exactly the same. Now I can finally have the snug fit I've been searching for for 2 years! I wear a womens 7, and fit perfectly in a 4 and a 5. The 5 was slightly still too loose, so I got the 4.

Love these. Must order down. I usually wear 7 or 7 1/2 and had to get a size 6 in these. The black dye transfers to feet, be careful.

Very disappointed! I like nice things, but I don't feel that Uggs lived up to the hype! I don't need "branded" that bad! Not worth the money, try Bear Paw instead. It looked like I was wearing my Old Friend Slippers. In fact, I could wear them and have the same look for less than half the price. Plus, the wool was dyed black which would transfer to your bare feet! Yuck! Find another brand with sheep wool lining and look cuter!

Love the Uggs. They keep me warm in the cold Indiana winter! They run about a half size to a full size bigger than most shoes, so be sure to order a little smaller than you think.

Arghhh! First, I ordered the smaller size as advised by Zappos. I wear a 7 1/2 and very rarely an 8. My toes hit the front because the boot was too short. Then I ordered the 8, and my toes touched the front because they were sliding. So frustrated; these boots are very appealing, but I know they would hurt my toes, so back they go.

Love using Zappos for shoe orders; they are shipped and received the very next day! Other reviews are true to order a size smaller; I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 6 and they are perfect, plus they will stretch as I have learned from another pair. These boots keep the tootsies warm in the winter months, but not hot!

I really love my Ugg Classic Short Boots! It took me a couple of years to give into them because of the price, but when my daughters raved about how comfortable they were I decided my feet deserved them, too. I bought the new gray color in a size 7 (I'm a 7.5) and get compliments almost daily. It's a nice medium gray, blends with everything. I was concerned that the gray lining would bleed onto my feet as the black ones can do, but to my surprise, it didn't. The short boot is the best choice because you can wear your pants tucked in or out without the restriction of a tall boot. Your feet with love them!
