A very nice backpack -
I am a rising junior in high school, and I was looking for a backpack that could hold all of my binders and textbooks, while not breaking my back and still looking nice. The Columbia Packadillo is just that! It's surprisingly big, you wouldn't know its size from looking at it, and the front compartment can even expand to fit more things (I'm thinking of using it for smaller books or my lunch box.) It also came at a very good price, compared to other 60 and 70 dollar bags that are similar. And as an added bonus, Zappos shipped it overnight! I hadn't even gotten my tracking number before my package arrived. I had thought that Zappos had stopped overnight shipping, and it was a pleasant surprise. Good job Zappos!

 |  | ZAPPOS people are the best - your policies & trust on exchanges & never being impatient with my need to try just one more to be sure was the only way I could afford to compare quickly & conveniently, instead of saving & waiting. Spent more on my feet than my Mortgage this month and darn proud of it. Customer Loyalty Team is a good title. This customer will be back, again & again; have already told my daughter to get online & check out ZAPPOS for her & her son, my treat.
