Beautiful bag. But, not easy to use. This bag is so gorgeous and stylish. If, like me, you like to be able to throw a bag over your shoulder then this bag will drive you nuts. It just can't be worn on the shoulder, the strap drop isn't long enough. A huge improvement would be to add a detachable strap.

This bag looks incredible in the photo, but just isn't practical in real life. The leather is so thick and heavy, it's very bulky and awkward to carry, and it's incredibly uncomfortable if you try to carry it over the shoulder because of the way it bunches around the strap and digs into your shoulder. It's also very difficult to get to anything you need inside because it's so deep & the 2 side snaps are awkward. I tried this out as a purse as well as a business tote, and just couldn't get it to work either way. The overall style concept is a good one - just wish MK made this one half the size with much thinner & lighter/more supple leather, as well as slightly longer and more comfortable straps. This bag just doesn't work as is & was a big disappointment.

The picture does it NO justice at all!!! It also comes in "luggage" camel and choc. brown. I am desperately trying to get my hands on a chocolate one, so ZAPPOS do your the best… help a sister out!!!

When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
