Warm enough even for Ontario, Canada -
Wore these while visiting son up in Canada in February. Kept me quite warm, without bulk, underneath a pair of jeans in 0 degree weather.

Versatile and warm -
These are super warm and comfortable, no tag itch, and serve as excellent lounge around pants when you aren't ripping up the powda.

Husband loves them -
My husband is using these for sleep wear and loves them. It is perfect. Light, but warm wear for sleeping, yet great when the dog needs to go out in the middle of the night.

They're pants -
They kept me warm, washed well in the sink since I was backpacking, did what they were supposed to.

Disappointing -- older Capilene was better -
As a long time user of Patagonia's original Capilene thermal wear I was disappointed with the new version. Unlike the original which was very soft and easy on the skin the newer is scratchy - more like a wool product.
