Totally Impressed!!
I am a first time user of Zappos and have never been more impressed. I bought a North Face Vest and received in by the next business day, at no additional charge. Unfortunately, the vest had a slight tear in the material. I called Zappos and their customer service department was fabulous! The customer service rep emailed me a pre-paid UPS label to send the defective one back and set me up for another vest to arrive at my door by the next morning. I now have the vest and I love it! I have been wearing North Face for years and now that I know Zappos carries their products, I will be shopping here more often!!

I got this vest in anticipation for a trip to South Africa over the summer. I ordered the wrong size and Zappos shipped me a new vest before I'd even sent back the old one. Great customer service. Also, the vest itself has been 100% absolutely perfect. Not only does this vest look good, but it feels good and travels well. Temperatures ranged from about 35-80 degrees, but with a bit of layering or unlayering, I was always comfortable. Plus it has a useful secret travel pocket. I would definitely recommend this vest to friends.
