Love, love, love the shoe. Great heel height great color (got the navy) seems to be comfortable. The looks of the shoe, the picture does not do it justice, it is very cute.

This shoe is very nice, although a little "stiffer" than I anticipated. Overall it's pretty comfortable and the heel height is perfect.

I couldn't believe how fast my order was filled. The boots are great, I have had them about a week and have worn them several times. Very comfortable, true to size, have hard time finding small size and have been recommending your website to everyone. I have already ordered my second pair of shoes!

Surprisingly pleased -
Given the price point of this shoe, I didn't expect much from it. Instead, it's cute, professional, and super comfy. The material looks great and the cushion in the sole is fantastic. Highly recommended.

I found the Nadia II to be very comfortable and stylish. I have a wide foot and always wear a 7.5. In this shoe I wear a 7, they run big. There was plenty of room across the toes. Very little break in necessary. The only thing I had to get used to was the elastic side panel; it is basically the entire side of the shoe. It made me feel as though the shoe was loose or slipping. After a week or so I was used to the unrestrictive feeling and they are fine. Love the quality of Fitzwell shoes and the reasonable price.

Great Shoe!
This is a beautiful shoe. Very nice with suits or jeans. I am still getting used of a 3 inch heel but overall it is comfortable.

Cute boot, but NOT comfortable -
I hoped these would be the most comfortable boots I own; on the contrary, however, they hurt my feet from the first step I took (narrow width (and I have narrow feet!) and tremendous pressure on the heel). I think the gel insert takes up a lot of room, so it's possible that a half size larger would be more comfortable. Also, as another reviewer noted, the material of the boot is not stamped anywhere on it. Although the description on Zappos says "leather upper", it doesn't look or smell like leather to me.

I bought this shoe hoping it would be comfy and I was right. I wore these shoes all day on a tour across gravel, pavement, and dirt and they held up. I did notice at the end of the day that the back on my heel was a little irritated, but I later broke that in. I would recommend these unique shoes to anyone looking for both style and comfort.

This shoe looks great with dress pants or jeans. I was a little disappointed with the comfort. The gel doesn't seem to make any difference and there is a lot of pressure on the heel and ball of the foot. It gets better after wearing them for awhile.

I love this shoe and got so much complement for it. I actually think the gel does make a difference. This shoe is very comfortable and soft. I like the feeling of the gel, is so smooth to walk. Will buy again another shoe with gel.

Fitzwell Nadia II a good shoe -
Size is as expected; width is as expected. The panel on the side is a neoprene-like stretch material, but I don't think that's a problem, either visually or in terms of comfort. Before the shoe breaks in, it's a little loose at the back of the ankle.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: I haven't seen any other shoes that I like as well. Would like to see this shoe in a low-cut boot as well.

I like them.
I really like this shoe, but they are not as comfortable as I thought they might be. The gel inserts don't really seem any different than any other shoes I have. I don't wear them that often because the heel is a little high for my liking. If I am doing a great deal of walking on a particular day at work, I tend to switch off to my ballerina flats.
I LOVE ZAPPOS!!

I read previous reviews, so I ordered a smaller size. Unfortunately, I had to then return the show, and order my regular size. It's still a bit narrow, so I don't see how women claimed it to be larger than true size. But it's an easy shoe to put on, and very nice to wear.

Very elegant, beautiful shoe - and comfortable, not a combination you find often. Was a bit stiff at first, but after a couple of times wearing, wonderful. I'll get the other colors too.

Very comfortable shoes! When I first tried them on they didn't seem comfortable, but it felt better pretty soon. The back pad seemed a little extra, like somebody mentioned before it doesn't make shoes more comfortable nor worse... The quality was just OK. I saw seam torn inside and didn't find the description of the material anywhere on the shoe... Would still recommend the shoes!!!

Elegant in Suede -
I should have paid attention to the size reviews on this shoe - I had to exchange a 10W for a 9.5W and since the calf wasn't available in that size, I switched to the suede. Good decision! The suede is so luxurious that I found myself petting my foot while I waited at an auditorium for the show to start. The gel cushions definitely add to the comfort level; a day spent walking on pavement and marble floors was tolerable. I don't think I could have done that in any other heels I own. The style is very flattering.

I bought the black suede and they fit very true to size. They are comfortable and will look great with slacks or skirts and tights. I love Fitzwell shoes. These are my third pair.

This is a real cute shoe, but it feels a little tight, especially in the toe area. Hopefully it will feel better after I wear it a time or two. Also, I don't like that gel heel pad. It's not uncomfortable, but it doesn't add comfort either.

This boot was true to size for width, I ordered a 7.5 wide, but it fell off my heels. I do have narrow heels and have a problem with shoes sliding off in back sometimes...so if you have narrow heels I would not recommend this shoe. The look was ok...very plain and basic. I was not in love with the looks of the toe. I made the decision to return the shoes.

I like the shoe. I ordered wide width, and it fits well. I did not realize when I ordered them that the side panel was a stretchy fabric rather than "leather" material like the rest of the shoe.

 |  | Wow! We are so very pleased with the excellent service we received from Zappos. My son is a Captain in the U.S. Army, and just returned from overseas. He has twin boys, aged two, who are a real handful, and it's quite a challenge taking them shopping. The boys very much needed shoes, and I placed a (first time) order with Zappos. We thought it would take a week
or so for the shoes to be delivered, but my son called to tell me the shoes arrived the day after I had ordered them. They fit perfectly, and both the little boys were thrilled. Now the big challenge is getting Henry and Owen to take their new shoes off when it's bedtime! Thanks for making shopping for twin toddlers a whole lot easier!
