Pleased -
This shoe is great on the trails because it grips the ground going up and coming down. There is one slight negative for me and that is I wish the shoe was wider because I have a wide foot.

The best innovation is the new unique grip that proved to be truly nonskid, a real advantage for mountain rock talus. The Gortex breathability of the boot makes it comfortable to wear all day. The spine is rigid but not too stiff at all. Pricey, but great value.

These are great out of the box. Sizing is excellent and they provide solid, light-weight support. Good looking.

Good shoe. True to width, just enough room in the toe box, no heel lift or rub. Could use a hair more cushion; I recommend buying a 1/2 size larger and using an extra inner sole to pad the ride.

Very comfortable and waterproof -
These were so comfortable that I forgot I had them on and wore them while drilling concrete. While everyone else had wet feet, mine were dry. They survived without a scratch. They were a bit stiff right out of the box, but loosened up in about a day. They replaced a pair of New Balances.
