Great little bag - Got the "bag" just before taking a trip (by air). The size was just what I was looking for; big enough but not too big! The one side with 2
pockets and a cover w/snap that is open on the sides was great. The inside zippered compartment is very roomy; big enough to handle the container for carry on liquids, plus other items. Also, on the other outside is a full size pocket with a small pocket with velcro closure to hold driver's license so it's kept handy – but secure. Best of all, it doesn't look like a purse so my husband will feel comfortable using it.

Fantastic in everyway....
My search for a new purse had been ongoing for quite sometime, until I saw this bag. Awhile back I had purchased a purse by Gravis, randomly not knowing the brand. So in my quest, I thought about how I loved the modern look with the quality of construction of this brand. Low and behold, I came across this purse. It is versatile, having so many pockets and organizational places for what you may need to carry with you at all times. It is big enough to carry such things as a book to read on the train, to a bottle of water or both. But the pockets keep your things organized in such a way that you are able to find everything that you need, even though it is full. The fabric is water resistant and I love the durability of the construction. Also, the strap is easily adjustable to any length. This bag is great for all types, from a city dweller to a small town resident, making it easy to carry all of your vital possessions in one great bag!

Great Little Bag -
This bag is more organized that I'll ever be. With tons of pockets and compartments there really is a place for everything. The strap could be more comfortable, but it’s only an issue if you really load the bag with heavy things. Overall it is really a great little bag and not too boring.

 |  | Hello, I wanted to tell you the story of my experience with your company. In May, I placed an order for a couple of items. Immediately upon purchase, I changed my mind about one of the items. I called customer service and they were able to remove the item from my order. Sure enough, when my merchandise arrived, just the item I wanted was included. The problem, however, was I had been charged for both of my original items. I placed a call to customer service and they immediately fixed the issue. A few moments later, an email arrived containing a $20 credit for future orders on your site. The customer service rep did not mention the credit when I called, so I was surprised and delighted by the gesture. A couple of months later, I decided to place another order and cash in my coupon. However, the checkout process was confusing and the order was placed before I could figure where to apply the coupon. Once again, I called customer service. Once again, they immediately fixed the problem and issued the credit to my checking account. Once again, I was pleased. A few moments later, I got another surprise email. Apparently, the shipping on my order had been upgraded to standard overnight. Once again, I was surprised and delighted. True to the promise, my order arrived the next day. My shopping experience with Zappos.com could have been a true nightmare, instead I've been converted to a customer for life. Kudos to your customer service team for their excellent responses and proactive measures to ensure I knew I was a valued customer. I wish other companies would follow your fine example.
