It's always chancy to try to find extra large shoes online. These shoes, however, were exactly as advertised; the fit, color, look, all were great.

Great shoe - runs a little small -
My husband is a 9.5 triple wide width. We ordered that size, size 10 was not in stock. The shoe runs a little small, which we were afraid of. He kept the shoe, because the wide width is so hard to find.

My husband loves these shoes. He has wide feet and high arches so he has difficulty finding comfortable shoes. He tried other brands but these are the BEST!!! And they look great too.

As usual - Every pair of shoes I have bought have been true to size and width. I only had to return one pair out of several I bought over the many years I’ve been a customer. I need a wide shoe 4E, sometimes a 3E. Your company is the only one that has my size. I will always buy my shoes from Zappos.

Good look - My husband has EEEE wide feet and shoes aren't easy to find. Thankfully, you and Rockport came through. He put them on immediately and likes them. The main trouble is shoe strings these days. The leather is very hard to tie!!! As he has some issues with his hands. However, he is quite satisfied as am I. Thanks.

I love this shoe: the look is great!!! I’m having a bit of trouble with it though. I think I may wear a wide instead of a medium, but you have been out of the 12W's in both red and yellow, so I can't order one to see. I’m wavering about returning them, though, because I like them so much.

I ordered a pair of shoes a couple of weeks ago, I wear a size 15 so Zappos is where I shop, I just wanted to tell everyone that my shoes came NEXT DAY!!! And was charged for their normal delivery rate, I highly recommend Zappos and with service like that, they will always get my business!

Better than average boat shoe -
I rather like this Rockport; typically, I go through a pair each year, and I assume this will be no different. However, that's given me a chance to wear many different brands, and this one is better than average. It's stylish and well built, providing a bit more support than the typical 'cheap' boat shoe. The only better boat shoe I've tried is the Timberland Annapolis -- which I think is about the same price.

Weird color -
Got for my husband for Christmas. He wanted the brown but it's a weird color brown. They are comfortable though. Zappos is great! They were out and notified me the next day when they came in. shipped overnight (free) in time for Christmas. Love you Zappos!!

Easily the most comfortable Rockport boat shoe I have ever bought. I have a wide foot and need an XXW (4E) in most brands. Other reviewers have found this shoe to be slightly wider than marked, but the width is perfect for me whether I wear them with or without socks. I haven't attempted to wash them yet, so I can't address that feature. My favorite weekend shoe.

I ordered a medium as I have in other Rockport Shoes, but I noticed after wearing them a few times that they were too narrow. Now, why I didn't notice it the first few times was probably due to length of time I was wearing them.

I feel this shoe is a very good buy, the complaint would be in the sole. The composition sole is too heavy making the shoe weighs about one pound each and causing a feeling of foot heavy.

I have just received my first shipment from Zappos and I am totally blown away - I only ordered these shoes yesterday afternoon and here I am wearing this morning!!! They are Rykas for my Zumba class which I'm leaving for right now - such timing! Wow!!! They feel great so I'm glad I ordered a half size up - thank you to the lovely customer service girl I spoke to yesterday when I wasn't too sure about size/fit etc.
