Cute and comfy. I got the bronze and they are a really pretty color, they go with everything. My only comfort complaint is that my feet slide backwards as I'm walking, but this seems to have gotten better as I've broken in the front. The footbed is cushiony, but not much arch support. Basically, they are fantastic shoes for everyday running around, but I'd want something with more arch support for a full day of walking. Overall, great shoe though.

Cute, but watch out for those straps -
I really wanted to love this simple sandal, but the toe strap rubbed the wrong place across my little toe. I think those with different shaped toes would love this sandal.

I am very happy with this sandal! I have the white, which is a pearly-white, but very pretty, I think. Have had no problem wearing them right out of the box - very comfortable. I know I don't need to say this, BUT... Zappos' service is outstanding.

Very comfortable. Padded, support. I like the gladiator look without it being over the top.

Walking shoes that are cute -
These shoes are very, very comfortable - I have a hard time finding shoes that I can walk in and I can spend the entire day walking around NYC in them. They are about as comfortable as sneakers. They are very cute, a little flat-looking, but unavoidable if comfort is very important. The straps are narrow, so they look a little more refined than other comfortable sandals. They also look like more expensive shoes than they are. I got them in brown, which is very versatile, and then liked them so much I also bought them in bronze, which is more gold than bronze. I usually wear a 7 1/2 in sandals, got those first and sent them back for the 7 - there was too much room between my toe and the end of the shoe. The straps do kind of hold your foot towards the back of the shoe, but that doesn't bother me, just needed to order down half a size. My feet are narrow near the ankle, but wide at the ball and they fit perfectly. If you had a larger foot, especially where the strap buckles, they might squeeze you a bit.

Nice versatile sandal - I have plantar faciitis and this sandal surprisingly is comfy and cute. I wear it with capris and shorts, but it would go with casual skirts too. I ordered the dark brown and the green stitching gives it some uniqueness without being loud or distracting. Would like it in the bronze but they didn't have my size. Maybe they will restock.

Loved these so much ~ I want the bronze now!
I found these sandals to fit just like other Indigo sandals I have purchased. Very true to size. I wore them all day to graduations and found them to be very comfortable. I didn't find it necessary at all to break them in. The only thing I'd like to see different is more holes to buckle them in because I think my one foot must be fatter than the other and I'd like a few more options on the buckle. But certainly a great pair of shoes! I'd love to get them in bronze too.

Just okay...
These sandals are functional, but not as great looking as I had hoped. I have worn them out a couple of times and they seem to be comfortable enough. I wish I could be more enthusiasts! They just lack anything special going for them.

Good fit, rubs in some places -
I was expecting like a suede or some kind of softer fabric inside the straps, but it was shiny leather, so I did get a few small blisters the first time I wore these shoes out. They look nice though, and fit nicely on my narrow feet.

What a Classy Sandal!
A unique, sophisticated sandal that takes cues from ancient Greek sandals. Wonderful paired with casual skirts or trousers. Kick it up a notch by ordering the bronze--not too bright; not too dull. The footbed is more comfortable than most sandals. Actually, it's more comfortable than most shoes! The strap placement may take some getting used to. One of my feet is slightly larger than the other (as with most people), and a strap did cause some irritation to an area on the top of the smaller foot. These are quickly becoming my new favorite shoes. I enjoy their unique beauty and the comfort makes them my go-to pair of sandals.

Great sandal -
This sandal is very comfortable for my foot...straps hit me just right, and the sole has a great cushion. The bronze color has a more metallic shine than I realized, but it's a pretty shoe.

Couldn't be happier -
I got these shoes last week and they're all I've worn every day since. I even walked two miles in them the 2nd day and had no problems. Very true to size for me. If you're debating the bronze, go for it! It's really unique color but very neutral (I've worn with brown, black, blue, etc.). I love the trendy gladiator look and the fact that I don't have to trade on style for comfort. Perfect summer sandal and respectable enough for work. My new favorite shoes!!!

Perfect Summer Shoe -
I was so excited to get these shoes! After reading the other reviews I though I was in for a few uncomfortable days, but I found the shoes comfy right out of the box. I am a teacher, and they comply with the school dress code without looking like old-lady shoes. I ordered the Bronze, and I was worried about the color being too ostentatious, but they are a beautiful neutral color.

A pair of sandals that is not too dressy, not too sporty, not too hippie, not too old or too young. The soles are comfortable, but not orthopedic-looking. On the brown sandals, the stitching and buckle are a light olive green, a playful touch, but neutral enough that it doesn't clash with clothes. I expect to wear these sandals with just about everything. Zappos sets the standard for service. I bought another kind of sandal here first, tried and returned them, and then ordered and received these sandals - all in 5 days with free shipping. My experience with another company: I ordered a pair of shoes that took a week to arrive, $6.95 for shipping and another $6.95 if I decide to send them back.

Lovely for Average Feet -
Unlike almost everyone else who reviewed these, I found these to be too wide. (I have slightly-narrow, skinny-heeled, shallow feet). The front straps rubbed because they had too much room, and the ankle strap didn't have enough holes to cinch them in snugly around the back. It's really a shame, because I agree with the general consensus about both looks and comfort-- these are lightweight, minimalist, vaguely-gladiator styled beauties with Indigo's blissfully squishy footbed that I so love. If they were made for a more slender foot, I would keep them and get a second color, but...not to be.

Comfy and cute -
These are great -- I especially like the bronze color, which is unusual and yet neutral. They go with just about everything. When I first started wearing them they chafed the top of my foot just a bit and I got a VERY small blister or two, but that always happens to me at the start of sandal season. The sole is great -- very cushiony.

I have a narrower foot with a high arch and this sandal fit well - no gapping straps! The one drawback is that the buckle-strap seems short, I am using the first hole and there is not much strap remaining to tuck through the buckle. As I comfortably strolled around Key West several people complimented the shoe and questioned where I found them.

Worth the break in -
When I first tried these on, I almost returned them - the straps felt tight and awkward. They broke in after only a couple wears (the straps rubbed and I couldn't wear them for too long at first) and now they're very comfortable.

Stylish all around Grecian inspired Sandal...
The only issue I had with this shoe is that it needs a bit of "break in time". Usually I can wear Clarks and go, right out of the box. These however needed a bit of time (especially the straps) to mold to your feet. DO NOT order a half size up as they break in GREAT!! You will just deal with a tiny bit of "heels sliding off the back" as your straps fit to your feet. As soon as they are broken in...(about 2 hours of wear) they are comfy and stylish with all sorts of outfits! I receive all positive comments from people when I wear these shoes. They are also free from over-embellishment which makes them classy as opposed to trendy… IE: Paris Hilton shoe line anyone..*cough*

Strap problem -
I wish these fit, because the footbed was very comfortable. The problem with these is the straps. The lowest straps were hurting the top of my foot. : ( I have a high arch and medium width. This would best fit someone with narrow slender feet. Good luck.
