Perfect running partner -
These socks have extra padding in all the right places without adding bulk and making your shoes tight. The moisture wicking works wonderfully. I haven’t been able to run and keep my feet cool and dry in a while. Thanks!

Very good footwear -
The Fitzwell socks are comfortable and soothing to the feet. As someone who wears socks the majority of the time, I must say these low-quarter socks are much more versatile to the foot than most socks. They aren't binding at the ankle as it would appear they would be and they have just the right thickness to provide support and still not be hot. I would recommend them, especially to those, who like me, might have adult onset diabetes.

Foot was too long -
My son's foot is just too long for these socks. I will have to keep searching for longer socks. I love the Zappos.com web page!

 |  | I ordered a red pair of shoes from your company and my objective for them was to wear them on the days that I received my chemo. I just thought they would make me feel better to look down at my red shoes. When I placed the order, I was greeted by your usual greeting that is so comforting. I have yet to listen to the joke of the day, but I will. I was connected to a customer service rep who was so gracious and helped me with my order. We talked a little and I explained why I wanted these shoes. She, as all of your employees, always goes out of their way to please customers. That was that. The next day to my surprise a beautiful arrangement of red tulips arrived. I couldn't imagine who sent them. I opened the card and started to cry. It said, "Sending you something to match your red shoes. I hope this brightens your day. From your Zappos.com family". I just sat down and held the vase which was also bright red with a beautiful red ribbon. I have been dealing with a very rare kind of kidney cancer for the last 10 months. I have been through a lot, but I believe in the power of prayers and I have a lot of people praying for me. I also have great faith that I can beat this. My husband died of Melanoma cancer 3 years ago and it has been rough, but God only gives us what we can handle. He gave us 5 beautiful daughters and they are my strength. I have never had anything like this happen to me from a stranger. How could I even express my gratitude for this? I will never forget what you did for me and I encourage all my friends to buy their shoes from Zappos. I am a great believer in paying it forward and I always have helped someone out unexpectedly, too. I just want to say thank you again and I hope you know what a great company you have and employees.
