Squeaky boot!
Heavier than I imagined, and incredibly noisy- no way to hike in quiet. Comfort OK, workmanship looks good. Needs insoles.

If it's Zamberlan it's got to be good!
Great looking boots made with the best leather and man made material by the best second and third generation boot makers in the Dolomite Region of Northern Italy. I love these boots. They are perfection to the eye and a work of art. I have a narrow size13-13.5 U.S. Men's and these are a tight 13 so I hope they will stretch a bit. Usually if I can I get a brand in a 14 and use the Spenco Gel heel cushions with the Spenco Gel Arch Support over them, take out the insole that came with the boot and use instead a Spenco Backpacker Insole for the base. Also I use one of three different thicknesses of performance socks depending on fit and time of year and usage. I find these boots to be good as everyday footwear as well.

I wanted to commend you for a fine example of how a business should operate. I have had a small number of experiences with Zappos, and when an issue has arisen, every step has been taken to rectify it as best as possible. This evening, I decided to try Zappos again, and had the pleasure of speaking with a young man in the Ordering Dept. in Las Vegas. He was extremely helpful and efficient in processing my order. He read the notes in my account regarding my previous Zappos purchase (which started off poorly, but was wholly redeemed through outstanding service from your team), and further extended the goodwill by upgrading my shipping to overnight/next day. Suffice it to say, I am impressed with your team and organization. I look forward to building a strong relationship and using Zappos exclusively (along with passing your info to my colleagues and family).
