Looks great, but too tight -
I bought a pair of these in size 10 from another source because Zappos didn't have the brown (parfait) ones in my size. They look great and would probably be comfortable - IF I could get them on. The depth under the thong is too tight to do more than get my big toe under it. I wish they fit, because they look great. The length is right, so I don't want to buy a larger size.

I am so pleased with this sandal! I have a narrow foot and this flip fits and doesn't flop. The style is so flattering and it has just enough arch support.

Best sandal ever -
I now have two pairs of these sandals because they are so comfortable. The best part is that they offer a great arch support. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and these sandals give perfect support to prevent that from coming back.

Updated look is nice -
I have brown Chaco Switch's and my daughter has black. I actually prefer hers, as the solid color looks classier. True to others comments, they do take breaking in, but now are comfy (not the best I have, but pretty good). The arch support is excellent.

Talk about the perfect flip...this is it. I now own 4 colors in the Chaco Switch! I have arch "issues" and this is the only flip flop that I'm able to wear all day. It has excellent arch support, a great rubber sole and very cute style. This will be my summer of the "Switch"!

Good Chaco!
This shoe runs a full size small. I had to exchange for a size 8 when I usually am a 7. At first the shoe hurt my feet, the straps rubbed the tops of my feet and left red marks, however after wearing them just a couple of times they loosened up perfectly and now I wear them all the time and they are very comfortable.

Smaller than my last pair -
I had a different style of Chaco thong style sandals, and I ordered the same size for this type and have found them to be much tighter in the straps than my last pair. My other pair were nylon straps only (no leather on one side) so maybe they stretched out easier. However, I keep hoping my new ones with the leather strap will stretch out and become as comfortable as my previous pair. Currently, I can't wear them for too long because they dig into the top of my foot too much.

Very comfy and flexible...However, one of the canvas straps got stretched out somehow (probably something to do with one of my children) and that flop definitely does not fit the same now.

These run short & very narrow!
I usually take a 6.5M, but have a 6W in Z/1 Unaweep, so tried and returned the 6M Switch. Great arch support, prefer plastic sole to this leather one, fabric was pretty tight over foot (maybe would loosen up as broken in?). Will try the Flip style in 7M and 8M if 7W unavailable. Thanks Zappos for fast & easy returns!

Most comfortable flip-flop I've ever owned -
I love my regular Chaco strap sandals, and when I saw they began to offer flip-flops, I had to have them. I wear lots of flip-flops and I've tried lots of different brands...these are the best I've ever worn, by far. The arch support is fantastic, as you would expect from Chaco, and the leather material of the Switch is soft, comfortable and molds right to your foot. They stay on your foot without causing blisters or tired toes. I highly recommend them to anyone. I've bought them as gifts and the recipients love them as well!

Very nice thongs -
I've been on a search for a NICE, very low-heeled boot for years in a size 12. Well, no luck finding the boot yet, but I'm coming across plenty of nice sandals on Zappos site! I was introduced to Chacos at my local REI store earlier this year, and loved wearing the Chaco Z/2 all summer long for everyday use and long walks. Have just received this "Switch" thong in brown leather and cocoa/white/pink striped webbing. It's VERY cute, and very comfortable, though this time of year I've just tested indoors. It does run much more close-fitting than the Z/2 (in which I ordered down a half-size). In this Switch thong, I ordered my regular shoe size and it fits fine for length; it is cut closer to the foot width-wise, which I actually like as it gives it a little "dressier" look and not the more clunky look of my other Chacos.

Disappointed -
I have 4 other pairs of Chaco sandals and this style is the first one that's very disappointing to me. I wore them only one day on a recent trip to AZ and developed blisters between my toes and along the fabric strap line. Two weeks later, I still have the remnants of healing from the ribbon area. I love the look of the shoe and hopefully, this is just a break in period but I couldn't wear them after the first day. I love Chaco sandals but this one just didn't work for me. I really don't know what caused the problem as I have pretty normal feet and no issues with other Chaco or Keen sandals.

I hate thongs, but these are actually comfortable. I bought a pair to wear on a cruise and was able to wear them all day. When I got home, I got another pair in a different color because I liked them so much.

I just spent 3 weeks traveling around Thailand, Cambodia and Hong Kong in this shoe and I absolutely love it!! This is my first time buying Chaco's and I'm hooked. Great support for a flip flop!

Awesome look -
The shoes have such a cool, unusual look to them. I am a little disappointed in the footbed. There is not much cushioning between the ball of my foot and the ground. They do not have the same thick sole as my other Chaco’s.

Cute but painful -
I was really excited to find a pair of good-to-your-feet flip flops, and while the footbed is great, the canvas side of the strap cuts into the top of the feet. I now wish that I had ordered the all leather style.

Great Support in a Sandal!
This is the best sandal/flip flop I have ever owned. I have worn these shoes non-stop since I purchased them in May. The arch support in these shoes make them comfortable to walk in all day long.

Happy girl!
I was thrilled to get these shoes. I bought them in brown while on vacation. Loved the shoes, very comfortable, great arch support and this is very important to me. So when I got home and looked for them in another color I couldn't find them. Only 3 stores carried Chaco shoes and only could find the brown I already had. I was hesitant to buy online, but a friend was talking about her great experience with Zappos. So I ordered them at 8:30 in the evening. The next morning around 8:30 I checked their status and they were out for delivery!!! How fabulous is that!!!

Can't wear it enough!!
I love the Switch flip. Because of the style of the straps, the fit is not as tight as some of the Chaco's I have tried. The leather on the bottom and strap is so soft it is almost like wearing a fuzzy slipper. The webbing is also soft, so there is no rubbing. The arch support is the normal fantastic Chaco footbed. I also love the fact that they are a little more dressy than other flip-flops. Everyone who has seen/tried mine has wanted to get their own. Mine felt true to size.

Cute flip flops! However they ran too small overall. I am all about comfort as I own Keen, Cole Haan, and Pliners amongst others, but these disappointed. I was so looking forward to the brown color. Ordered them in black as well and they also did not fit well. Love Zappos easy to use service!!! They make it pain free and too easy to shop for shoes which can be bad on the wallet!

When I pulled it out of the box, my first reactions was "how cute!" But when I tried it on, it was too small. It runs at least 1/2 size small. I usually wear a 5 1/2 so I ordered a 6 hoping it wouldn't be too big. Instead it was too small. Zappos explained how I can send them back and I'm ordering a different shoe altogether. I was afraid a size 7 would be too big.
