I wish they were more comfortable!
Great looking shoes. Agree with the review below that the shoes felt great when put on, but my feet hurt by the end of the day. I got a blister on my right pinkie toe. I am not sure if I could break the shoes in because the sides are made of fabric not leather.

Ouch - These shoes felt great so I kept them and wore them to work. I know have sores on each of my pinkie toes where the shoe just rubbed all day. They are beautiful but they just are a torture chamber!

Sling back lover -
I have black and they are comfortable for closed toe. I wore them around getting some use out of them and realized I should have bought wide; however, I enjoyed the flex and the open air to come in on my bare feet which were seen clearly on the sole from the back. My sling backs must have had 3 inches open from the sole to my foot and that kept them dry and cool and showed my foot inside clearly once again. So comfortable even in medium that I kept them on instead of flip flops.

I love these shoes. Perfect for my wide toes and narrow heel. I got them in black. An absolutely elegant, very dressy, feminine looking shoe. Can be worn with slacks or skirts. The finish is a combo of a satin "look" and patent leather. Really a beautiful shoe. The wrap around the ankle strap is very comfortable and adjustable. It doesn't dig into your heel. The strap is beautifully made and really feminine looking. The heel is, for me, a most wearable height and is nicely curved-in just below the heel bed, giving it a narrower more delicate look from the back. An all season shoe, but with a bit of an openness, which is nice for warmer weather. They are so comfortable, have nice padding in the footbed. I wore them all day in the house trying them out and my feet never bothered me, which is saying a whole lot. I am so happy to have these shoes on the shelf ready for whenever an occasion calls for a little nicer look. I can put them on and know I'm not going to spend the next several hours in pain. I will have happy feet.

Great dressy shoe -
I bought this shoe for a wedding. I have bad knees and sadly can't wear a really high heel any longer. They are very comfortable and even accommodated my small bunion. The strap stays in place which is great and the heel is easy to walk in. A great, comfy, good looking shoe!

I don't wear heels that often and I did need a new pair for dress up. I wore them to church and they were very comfortable. They are the right size heel and the square toe gave me plenty of toe room. I am looking forward to wearing these shoes to a wedding in a few weeks.

This shoe is very comfortable with just the right size heel. The color vanilla bean goes with many outfits. It looks nice with pants suits as well as dresses. I direct a chorus and wore these for two hours while I conducted our spring concert. I'm so happy I found Zappos!

Cute but pinches toes -
Adorable shoes with a comfortable heel height. I bought them in black to wear at the office but I felt they looked a little too evening-ish for office wear. More importantly they pinched my toes horribly in just 5 minutes. I ordered a 5M but I really need a 5W, so be warned-- if your feet run a little wide, this toe box will cut you no slack!

I found the LifeStride Jill to be very good-looking, dressy but not fussy. The shoe (at size 7) is true to width, and elasticized strap makes for a good fit. My first on-line shoe purchase was very satisfactory.

Another good value and reliable performer from LifeStride. First time out of the box, I wore these to an afternoon wedding in a garden in Florida. They looked good with my suit, and my feet felt fine at the end of the day. I'll wear these to work, too, when it gets warmer here.

I chose the shoe because it is stylish without a high heel and is available in a wide width. My feet are mismatched in length and width and this shoe was able to accommodate both my feet. I've worn the shoes for a wedding and a formal event. In both instances, I was very happy with it.

I had previously purchased this shoe in the sandy color. It was so comfortable for work and dress, that when I needed to update my black shoes I ordered the same shoe in black. I love it and get complements on both colors when I wear them.

Love this shoe. I usually wear a 10W and ordered a 9.5W out of desperation. They ended up fitting perfectly (I am in between sizes). No sliding around or pinching. They were great w/a chocolate brown gown w/bronzy undertones -- not too matchy, matchy. I wore them ALL night, danced a ton & they are truly comfortable. Nice Shoes!!
We have a closed-toe policy at work. Not too high and look good with slacks or a dress. The only thing I had to adjust the strap to the lst hole but other than that a very nice shoe.

I originally bought this shoe for an upcoming wedding but the color and style didn't work well with the outfit. After trying the shoe on, I loved the fit and the comfort of this smart looking shoe that I couldn't part with it. I know I'll eventually wear them with an outfit.

Not what I thought -
I ordered these shoes in wide width but they did not feel like they were a wide. Got them to wear to a wedding and had to take them off by the end of the evening - not very comfortable. Also, there is no tread on the bottom and these are very slippery to walk on - be careful on carpeting.
The shoes are very nice looking and I will keep them but remember to only wear them for a short time and walk carefully so I don't slip and fall.

VERY comfortable shoes! Great for travel when you have to take dress shoes but are worried about comfort. You could walk all day or night in these, no problem. Most shoes this comfortable are not very attractive, but these are way above average for sure.

I purchased these shoes for my daughter's wedding. I knew that I would be standing all day, and I wanted a shoe that wouldn't be too high or too pointed at the toe to be uncomfortable. This shoe fit the bill. I was very pleased with my purchase, as I managed through the whole day--and into the night--with these shoes. In fact, I only gave these shoes a lower grade of 4 stars for comfort because I would have liked more arch support.
