I'll add height to my shoes whenever possible. This shoe is cute in black with the rhinestones. Although the shoe looks like a sneaker, it's definitely not. It's uncomfortable for a number of reasons: A) The bottom of the shoe is inflexible therefore making speed-walking and excessive walking, uncomfortable, awkward, and painful at times. I developed a small blister on the top of my 2nd left toe after wearing this shoe the first day. B) The height of the inside of the shoe is insufficient. Thick socks will not work for this shoe because of that reason. The width is fine but it's the internal height that could be a potential problem. C) You need a shoe horn to put your foot inside this shoe due to the flexible and short height of the back of the shoe. I don't have a shoe horn so I just use my finger each time. Also, it often feels like my foot's going to slip out of the shoe. D) The sole of the shoe is slippery on linoleum. Be careful.

Cute Platform Sneakers -
I like platform sneakers because all of my pants are very long. They are a way to get a comfortable shoe and some height. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 but like this style in an 8.5.

I love these shoes -
These shoes are perfect for the "vertically challenged woman", such as me. They're comfortable and look great with jeans or shorts. This was my first experience buying from Zappos. I ordered them on Sunday night and received them Tuesday. I'll be back.

Adds height!
I was looking for a sneaker that has a platform and would add height to accommodate longer jeans. Also I like to dance and my husband is tall so some added height is good. These are attractive, if a bit bulky. The added sparkle on the side makes them a little dressier for jeans/dancing/going out. They do not have any give, so are only moderately comfortable. I walked a couple of miles in them and they are OK, but stiff. The soles are also harder, not quite as squishy as I would have liked. All in all though I decided to keep them and will wear them. Always go 1/2 size up for sneakers.

I can actually fit into the size 10- unlike some other Volatile models. My arch supports even fit! They are super cute and comfortable- the only minor thing is that walking a long way feels a little bit funny the way your feet hit the ground. Hard to explain! I highly recommend though.

Cute, reasonably comfortable for sneakers - I love these shoes because I commute to work in them (walk in NYC). They are great because your pants don't drag and get ruined!!!

Comfortable - The shoe was a little large in the heel area but made up for the loose feel by cushioning my whole foot. Love it!

Too cute! These shoes are just a little taller, but so easy to walk in! Very comfortable, can wear these all day, every day!

Nice Professional Shoe -
I work in a pharmacy and I needed a shoe that gave me some height to reach those high shelves, but was also comfortable to stand in for 8 hours and professional-looking. I remember one of my friends who is even shorter than me had shoes like this, so I thought why not give them a try. I bought this shoe in black and it goes very nicely with my black and brown bootcut dress pants. Before buying these shoes, I measured my feet at the shoe store and they were 6 1/2, so I ordered these shoes in a 7. At first when I tried them on, the left shoe fit perfectly, but it seemed the right shoe was either a little too short for my foot or lacking toe room. After breaking them in for a couple days at home, the right shoe stretched out just enough for it to be comfortable. I wore them to work and they felt great. The padding in the shoes is nice and thick, but after standing in them all day, it feels like there is no padding at all, especially in the heels. Compared to the "professional" shoes I've worn though, these are the most comfy. Also, my heels are narrow, so the heel of the shoe did seem a little wide, but other than that, I love them.

I love them with bootcut jeans as everyday wear, but also in a business casual office with my black wide leg pants. I have problems with my back, and wearing heels every day is just cruel. They blend in and look trendy without being out of dress code. (Always keep them clean, though! This can be a little bit of a challenge with suede!) Also, if you like slightly more toe room (like Skechers offer) you will have found your new favorite brand.

Comfortable...for work.
I'm a bartender, so I bought these shoes because they have a platform with helps because you cannot wear heels behind a bar. They are a little slippery when wet. But not too bad. Over all I like them.

The heel is a little low and I kinda fall out of them if I walk too fast. But overall, they look awesome and give me the height that I need. Also, they were cheaper here than the store that sells them in my neighborhood.

When I first put on this shoe I knew it was now my favorite. Nice support. The other reviews were correct in that you should order a half size larger and they do run wide. I work on my feet on cement all day so I added a Dr. Scholl’s insert which helped too. These are light weight and a joy to work in. The heel is a little wide.

I purchased these shoes because I had them about 5 years ago and wore them out. I couldn't find them for the longest time and even the Volatile website didn't have them in my size. So I searched Zappos and they had them. They're comfy and are very easy to walk in. You do need to buy them in a half to a full size bigger than your usual size.

Super casual with height!
I had a similar pair of shoes from Volatile a few years back and wore them until they fell apart (four years worth!). I was so excited to see these shoes on Zappos website. I stand for hours at work and these shoes are comfortable, give me some added height, but cause no heel or ball of foot pain as the sole is basically even from the front of the shoe to the back.

I could not be more pleased when UPS delivered the shoes to my house on time. The shoes showed good workmanship and the rhinestones have not fallen off.
