Not comfortable and noisy.
Even though the reviews on these are not so good, but just because I love the look, I bought them anyway. The reviews are right, they're cute but not just not comfortable, they make a flip-flop noise when you walk which is very annoying. I wish I could return them. I still love the design, however.

Cute but not very comfortable -
I ordered the red first, very nice color, but unfortunately was the wrong size. They did not have another red so I got the black. As soon as I put them on, the center strap, a leather braid really hurt my foot. I tried again in the morning when feet aren't as wide and it still hurt and my feet are an 8 average. I had to return these. It was worth a try.

 |  | Thanks a lot for the reply and time again Zappos proved me that it’s the most user friendly site available! It’s hard to find such an empathetic folks all working for a website! Way to go Zappos! I wish all the success. I would not mind buying other line of products also from this website other than just shoes, etc. I hope some day you folks will get in to other products also.
Now regarding my rock climbing shoes, I would probably like to take the refund credit back to my purchasing credit card as I may not be able to wait long for the arrival of size 12. So, please send me across the return shipping label via email and I will return the shoe promptly.
Thanks a lot for being patient in understanding my situation and giving me a great experience shopping @ Zappos.
