They run about a 1/2 size large. I usually wear an 8WW but a 7.5 WW is still roomy but fine. I really like the shoes...very comfortable.

Cute, stylish comfort shoe. I have big feet and I feel like they don't make my feet look like skis. 10.5 fit me while I normally wear an 11 so I think they run a bit big. My only complaint is that they are a bit wide in the back around my heel but they'd be fine with socks.

Right out of the box, I loved this shoe. It was so comfy, I wore it around the house- and we have a "no shoe" rule. I have a very boxy foot and the details on this made it look sleek.
Considering ordering different colors.

Great shoe -
Got my high instep into these without any problem and they look great. The leather is high-quality and very soft. They are lightweight, but sturdy enough that they don't feel like a moccasin. I was able to wear these all day on the first day without any issues, and received several compliments. Despite the price (seems like a lot for a pretty simple shoe), they have been kind to my feet, and I would buy them again.

What I expected, but a bit wide in the heel for my thin foot -
I like the slim shape of the shoe, and the sole traction is good. I have thin feet, so if I were able to tighten the fit a bit more these would be five star shoes.

Overall, I'm pleased with this shoe. It’s very comfortable and the suede gives it a nice look. The only reason I didn't give this shoe 5 stars is b/c it didn't make me forget I have feet. Strange statement, I know, but once you've put on a perfect pair of shoes, you can literally forget you have feet b/c they feel sooo good. These don't do that. They are comfortable, just not nirvana.

I have a very difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a foot problem. I unwrapped these shoes, slipped them on and they were as comfortable as bedroom slippers.

I really like the styling and fit of this shoe. I was able to wear it immediately and it felt comfortable. I only wish it had a bit more arch support.

Feels like slippers -
This shoe fits my 9.5 narrow foot perfectly (many narrow shoes are still too wide in the heel for me) and it is an extremely comfortable, flexible shoe. I wouldn't mind a little more arch support, but still love the shoe based on the great fit and comfort. I wanted something easy to slip on and off quickly as I run around with my young kids and this shoe works out perfectly.

Heel slips -
I have a long narrow foot, 11AA and was happy to find this casual shoe. Looks great with pants, but heel slips with regular socks. Wish velcro strap was more adjustable. Will still wear, but with extra thick socks.

Cute and comfortable -
These shoes are just adorable. I've been able to walk and stand for hours and my feet feel great. I think you need a rather narrow toe area for the shoes to fit correctly, and based on other reviews, I agree that the shoe is a bit larger than marked. I ordered a half-size smaller and am wearing them with rather thick winter socks and they fit fine that way.

No tennis shoes!
Just what I wanted for walking around Europe in comfort. Although the shoe is marked narrow, the heel is very wide and heavy socks do not quite take up the slack. I usually wear a triple A, so it's hard to get a great fit in a casual shoe. These will be just fine!

OK but not perfect -
This shoe looks pretty good and fits OK but not great. I wear a 9W and usually have no problem with Naturalizer shoes. This one feels as though it lacks support, both laterally and in the arch. I'm keeping this pair but wouldn't order them again.

I loved these shoes the minute I put them on. They felt like house slippers they were that comfortable. They look a little funky, but I liked the look. Different, fun and comfortable.

I couldn't be happier with a pair of shoes: very true to size and width (I am a narrow), look great with any kind of pants and very comfortable – I wear them all day long with orthotics as I have heel problems. I love dealing with Zappos – very easy and no shipping (either way) and no tax!!! I have recommended Zappos to most of my friends.

I expected these shoes to be comfortable, but they are not! The toe box is a bit too tight, heel area is slightly loose, and arch support is next to none - such combination is just wrong for a walking shoe. In addition, I think they look severely mannish. I don't know how could that be, but black 8.5 WW feel bigger than brown.

Extremely comfortable!
I bought these shoes to wear on a trip to Europe. I have been wearing them some each day to break them in and they are sooooo comfortable. Great arch support and very "cushy". I just love them.

Love this shoe. I have narrow, flat feet - 9N - and these shoes fit great and are comfortable. Great looking casual shoe for standing or walking several hours.

What a great shoe! When I put them on for the first time, they fit like gloves. Plus, they can go with most of my fall/winter wardrobe. If you're looking for a closed shoe that is sporty and classy looking at the same time, this is the shoe for you. WE JUST NEED THEM IN MORE COLORS!

 |  | I just had to write you about what an incredible experience it has been recently to deal with your company. I had bought a pair of rather expensive Mephisto sandals at the turn of the year that kept cutting my feet and giving me blisters. After wearing them 3 or 4 times, I gave up, threw them in the closet and figured I'd have to donate them… I ordered a new set of Mephistos that arrived this week and fit perfectly - no blisters, no problems. Along the way, I had a different pair sent that also fit wrong and those I sent back. Each time postage was paid BOTH ways, which I found remarkable, and the new shoes even came second-day air at no extra cost. I know this is standard policy for you folks, but it blew my mind. And each time I called customer service to handle the sending back of the original pair and then the second pair, until I got the final correct pair, each representative was kind, courteous, and super-competent. What an incredibly well-run company.
