Great Shoes, Great Experience -
I got these in the tan/canvas. They fit very true to size, and they are very comfortable. I have very bad ankles and my feet, heels, arches, etc. hurt frequently. These keep my feet feeling great all day. If you have wider feet, they aren't going to be roomy enough. I have average width feet, but I like room for my toes, and there isn't much extra. They go great with my khaki, brown, or navy pants I wear to work, and I like them with jeans, too. I highly recommend.

I love the way the two-tone brown version of this shoe looks with slacks, but those who need a lot of support in a shoe had best avoid it.

YOU MADE MY MOM SO HAPPY!
I was looking for comfortable, stylish shoes my 84 year old mother could wear and more importantly, easily get on and get off with her arthritis. These are perfect. We got the beige/brown two tone which look great and fit as tightly as she needs to walk safely and securely. She's thrilled, I'm thrilled, thank you!

Comfortable!
Very comfortable in a 9.5, but having worn them for a day, I think I should have got the size 9 as they have become quite loose. They are quite low fitting around the ankle, so slip a little.

Forget your feet!!
I have problem narrow feet, very sensitive, and have had an Achilles heel tendon operation (ouch!!).
These shoes keep me going, oh so comfortable and with adjustable support, brown looks great with jeans and casual trousers, NOT a 'skirt' shoe though. The fit on my narrow feet is excellent, no toe cramping. As I am able to walk without thinking of my feet at all my feet are stronger than ever and my posture is good. You will lose weight in these shoes as you can walk MILES in blissful comfort, but only on pavements (sidewalks) they are NOT 'rough terrain' shoes. Hope this helps.

Comfort shoe for extended walking -
This shoe was great! I recently went on a four week vacation to New Zealand and Australia and because of weight restrictions on the luggage was unable to bring a lot of shoes. This pair was very comfortable, light, and great to wear as we did a lot of Walking. I bought another pair while they were still available.

Cute but not too supportive -
The look is great: very cute and stylish. But almost no support. I can't imagine that these shoes would be good for serious walking. I haven't decided whether to keep them, but if I do it will be mostly for less active weekend days.

I am a teacher and am on my feet all day. These shoes fit true to size and are so comfortable. Not very dressy, but under a pair of black pants you wouldn't tell they are sneakers.

About half a size larger than marked -
I am usually a size 10 and have to return my order for a smaller size. The width is very good. I have a normal/somewhat wide foot and the shoe is fairly wide. The velcro strap doesn't really pull it in closer, so that's why I'm going a half size smaller.

I liked the look of the shoe and it is very comfortable but doesn't provide much support. I am able to slide into it without undoing the velcro fastener. Not sure I would want to walk long distances in it because of the lack of support.

Somehow, I missed that this shoe had a velcro strap on it. When they arrived, I said "Great, I bought a Grandma Velcro Shoe and I'm going to have to return them." These shoes are SO cute AND they're light and comfortable! They are designed in a way that makes the velcro strap really unnoticeable. I have old foot injuries that make comfortable shoes very hard to find - these I absolutely LOVE. They could be a little more padded on the sole, but I still love them and I can buy inserts.

The shoe is excellent for walking. Walked for hours with no discomfort. The heel seems to be a little wider than "narrow", but the velcro strap keeps the shoe in place so it doesn't move around or rub. With that said, I think the shoe would look better without the velcro strap. Zappos shipping and return policy is fantastic for me. I have a narrow foot and finding shoes at the malls is difficult at best. I don't mind paying full price if the shipping and returns are free.

It is a very attractive little shoe, I bought it as a running around shoe that I could walk a few miles in, however, the heel cups too low on my foot. It slips and rubs the heel, so after walking a mile I had blisters on my heel. I have found this problem with Clarks as well, so they may be fine for someone with a shallower heel than me. They are otherwise comfortable, but will not be the walking shoe I had hoped for.

It was true to size. Not quite as comfortable as I would have expected, a little narrow even though it was a wide width but still not all that bad.

Could use more cushion in the ball of the foot. Foot is sore in a couple of hours wearing.

I really like this sneaker. It looks great and is super comfortable. This is guaranteed not to rub your ankle or any part of your foot wrong. The only thing I wish were improved is arch support for long walking, but I love them anyway.

These shoes are so comfortable. The fit is perfect and they look great. Dressier than a tennis shoe, but just as comfortable. I think I will order a second pair in a different color.

One of the most comfortable shoes I have owned. Felt great from the very beginning. No breaking in time. Good all day support. My foot needs a good toe box (not tight or pointed) and this shoe provides that need. I would buy this shoe again.

I like the shoes -
The shoe looks better on your foot than the photo shows. I wear a 7 ½ and that size worked for me. When I got them, the box of the shoe seemed tight so I put some newspaper in there for a few days before wearing them. It seemed to help. There are insoles provided and my first time wearing my shoes to work I didn't wear the insole as the shoes fit better without the insoles, but found I need the cushioning for my heel. So the next time I wore the shoes I used the insoles and have continued to do so. I like Naturalizers and had a pair that I wanted to re-order, but had been discontinued. This shoe was my next try. I do like them. They are comfortable and my feet don't hurt at the end of the day.

Seam tore open after a couple months.
I love the look of these shoes, but the side seam tore open after only a couple of months. Thanks to Zappos, I received a new pair!

Finally - a good looking, comfy walking shoe -
I live in Barcelona and do tons of walking. I've been looking for a shoe (not a sneaker) that would suit my needs and this shoe does it. It works as a casual or business casual shoe and feels like a slipper. The insole is removable in case you require a little more cushion or special insole. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL!
