I AM SOOO PLEASED!!!
Zappos has officially made my day. I have been debating over a few days about purchasing these shoes. When I finally decided to get them, my size was gone. My foot fits more comfortably in a wide, so I decided to go one size up in a medium. Since I needed the shoes soon, I check with Zappos to see if they might arrive sooner than the projected time...not only did they upgrade my shipping for FREE, the shoes arrived the next day at about noon. Already impressed, I tried on the shoes and they look FABULOUS!! As they way most peep toe shoes fit on me, the area around the toes is a bit snug. Just takes a bit working in. I plan on buying some protection to prevent sliding when walking on slick surfaces. At any rate...I WILL be buying from Zappos again!!!

I pulled the shoes out of the box and was immediately disappointed with the quality of the ivory satin and overall construction. Although the shape of the shoe was quite comfortable and supportive, the sole is stiff as a board - zero flexibility - so when I tried to walk in them they practically cut my feet off at the ankles as the shoes refused to bend with my foot.

Lovely red shoe!!!
I ordered these shoes a little after midnight early Monday morning and received them today before noon. A great purchase and hassle free. I read the reviews and decided to order a half size bigger as well as wide. Since wide was offered and I have a flat foot I figured the shoe was cut narrow, but it fits well. I have small ankles so the last hole in the strap gives me a lot of give, but that's okay. The shoe is very sexy and exactly what I was looking for. I have a delivery business and I wear a cute jean dress with a red rose around my neck and was looking for a shoe with that same red to complete my look! This was great. I will be buying more of these red shoes as well as the other colors.

Love these shoes -
I hate wearing heels due to such horrible discomfort, but wanted to wear heels for my wedding. These are as comfortable as heels are going to get. The little gel pads are really going to help during my wedding (I got the red ones; I wanted to wear a fun color under my dress). They are really cute and I'm very happy with them. I usually wear an 8.5 in heels, but those felt a little loose, so I went with the 8. I've been wearing them around the house to break them in, can't wait to really wear them in a few months!

I have never been more excited about a pair of shoes in almost 24 years on this planet! This is THE sexiest, most COMFORTABLE ankle strap heel I have ever owned OR tried on, bar none. The built in gel heel cushion really serves as a shock absorber and balances out the weight of your foot so you don't get that painful ball of the foot issue. The half inch platform in the front of the shoe also prevents you from feeling every pebble, grain and rock under your feet (NY sidewalks can be tricky!), although I wouldn't recommend walking a long distance in this or any party shoe lol. I'm technically a 10 M but bought these in a wide because I typically have an issue with the side of my foot being cut into by this style of shoe. If this happens to you too then you should definitely get the wide width, you won't be disappointed. A great buy; as always I'm pleased with Zappos' fast service and wide selection.

OK for the price -
This shoe is reasonably priced, and cute. I ordered my usual size in a regular width and didn't have any problems with the size. However, the ankle strap is WAY too small to fit around my ankle. (I don't have especially tiny ankles, but they are not unusually large, either.) I removed the ankle straps, and hopefully there is enough support to keep the shoe on without them. Also, the bow looked ready to fray straight out of the box, so I'll need to keep an eye on that.

Fitz very well on my wide feet!
When I read what other women have written about this shoe running narrow, I was worried. I usually cannot wear d'orsays because the edge of the toe box cuts into my wide feet. These, however, do not! Though they are on 4 inch heels, the description doesn't mention that they also have half-inch platforms, so they are a comfortable height for walking. The sides of the toe boxes are sturdy, so while the latticework at the tops makes them look like sandals, they support my feet like pumps! The ankle straps are narrow, but they gave me no trouble though my fingers are not all that nimble. Overall, I am very happy with these.

Awesome buy -
Bought these for a wedding, found them in the comfort section since I’m the biggest baby about hi-heels. These were awesome! All the other women had to take their shoes off and some were limping in their stilettos! I took 'em off for a 1/2 hour at the end of the night to give my feet a break, then put em back on and I was totally fine! My feet are way skinny so I love how narrow they are.

Absolutely beautiful -
These shoes were even prettier than in the pictures. They were as comfortable as heels can be due to the sole gel inserts. The strappy part only covers the toes so don't worry about them being tight through the foot. All in all...a comfortable and very sexy shoe!!

NARROW!
These are really gorgeous shoes and would be quite comfy if the toe-box wasn't so narrow. I have a size 8 medium-width foot and I ordered the wide on advice of other reviewers. I couldn't bear to stand in them! I'm not even sure going up a size would help (they were also a tad short).

Beautiful shoe. Ankle strap fit well. Shoe fit...however way too snug in the toe box. I bought the wide and the wide was too narrow. They need to go back and make the toe box a little bigger. I was hoping these would be comfortable special occasion shoes...I was sadly disappointed.

This shoe is very narrow. If you wear a medium order a wide. I could barely fit my foot in it and I was sure I would not be able to walk in them! The straps are very narrow, so be sure to have agile fingers! A very sexy shoe but the sizing is tricky.

Amazing looking shoe!
The other reviews that commented that this shoe in wide is actually a regular m is totally right. I was so excited when I found out this shoe came in wide but unfortunately when I tried them on, they were not wide at all. I can usually can wear a normal width but even this shoe in wide was a bit narrow. Other than that one detail, this is a beautiful shoe. I purchased them for my wedding which is right around the corner and after I wear them all day I will write another review.

My New Year’s Eve -
I spent 8 hours in these shoes the first time I wore them and I was impressed. The gel really helps. Of course after about 4 hours my toes started to feel a little numb and my feet a bit sore. I rested them for about 30 minutes, and was so surprised that my feet felt a lot better! I spent the rest of the night (morning) in them and felt fine.
They go great with black pants and short skirts. Thanks to these shoes this mom got to feel like her young sexy self again!

Almost Perfect -
This shoe is drop dead gorgeous, but it did start to fall apart after one night of dancing. The sole is coming up from the tip of the shoe. They are not the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn either. My feet were tired and my baby toes were killing me. They also ran about 1/2 bigger than marked. I will have the next pair stretched in the toe box if possible. The strap is small. leave yourself enough time to fasten. They are a looker that is for sure.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful -
I got these to wear at my company's holiday party where I was the event coordinator. I needed something stunning AND comfortable. So, when I found these shoes, I ordered them in a 1/2 size larger and in wide (I normally wear a 9 M) because I knew I was going to be on my feet all night long. The shoes are gorgeous (got them in red -- what a knockout!). My only complaint is that the ankle strap is teeny tiny and difficult to buckle, and also a little scratchy by the end of a long night. Additionally, my pinky toenail on one foot kept getting caught in the lattice, but I think that's more my foot's fault than the shoes. Overall, these were perfect -- I can't imagine a more comfortable evening shoe. The gel pads worked -- I'm looking for more Fitzwells as we speak.

These shoes are very cute!! I did order the wide shoe but it was still tight across the toes. I normally don’t need a really wide shoe but I figured with these I would and they were still a little narrow. The gel inside the shoes makes them very comfortable also. I would recommend these for anyone.

A hot, distinct, sexy shoe -
I really love this shoe. It is so comfortable with the cushioning in the heel and ball of the foot. So many times I have worn high heels and by the end of the evening the ball of my foot is killing me, but these have remained much more comfortable. I only wish the ankle strap had a little more length. I had to use a leather punch and add one more hole for the buckle to fit a little more comfortably. I have a passion for high heels. I have large feet and I currently wear a size 11W, it is hard for me to find hot, young, stylish, sexy shoes. So many companies seem not to want to make anything wider then a medium and these companies are really missing out on a huge demographic of clientele. I thank goodness for Fitzwell.

Very Cool Red Shoes -
Being a southern woman, bare feet, shorts and breezy shirts are standard apparel. I bought these in red for a wedding... I walked, danced and socialized comfortably for hours!!! It is difficult to find great shoes in wide, thank you and looking forward to my next purchase.

An extraordinarily comfortable shoe because of the small but effective cushions under heel and ball. The thin strap is attractive but feels as if it could break easily.
