 |  | I've been using Zappos for around a year now and I've always been very happy with the service I've received. I've returned a few pairs, too and it's been about as easy as ordering the shoes. I just received an order this morning that I placed around 11:00 PM last night because Zappos gave me a free shipping upgrade just as a "thank you." It was a completely unexpected, pleasant surprise! I was originally referred to Zappos by a friend and will return the favor by referring my friends and will of course continue to be a loyal customer for all online shoe purchases.
