Clean, fits is perfect and what more can you ask for? They\'re grey and match with everything. If you want a inexpensive pair NB\'s are the best way to go and you have many styles to choose from.

I find these shoes slightly more comfortable than the 574's. They fit true-to-size with plenty of room in the toebox. Could be more breathable, probably on account of the suede. I wouldn't necessarily recommend these shoes for jogging/running in, don't seem durable enough or suited to heavy use, I wear them as casual, around town shoes. Overall, I'm very satisfied with these shoes and would purchase them again.

Well, let's just say that I bought these shoes for my younger son on the advice of my older son and he absolutely lives (and works) in them so that must tell you something! I'm thinking about buying a spare pair just to have on hand because it never fails when you find something you like, it's been discontinued!

Good shoe and nice looking. This is more of a preppy shoe and not necessarily something you wear to actually run in. Shoe fits how it should in width and size. I water proofed mine to help it keep its color and minimize the dirt it shows. It is not too heavy and can walk around in them for a long time if some one desires. Get it.

With the amount of fancy shoes out there today you wouldn’t think you'd get as many compliments about this shoe as you do. It’s a comfy shoe, I have the black pair and they go with anything.

Great everyday shoe. I have had two pairs, one gray, and one navy. Last extremely long, have had my gray ones for two years and I still wear them. Very comfortable, went running in them a couple times and feet felt good. I wear them everyday for 8+ hours and they are comfortable all day long.

Black Classic -
Not my first pair, an overall favorite for looks and feel. On the negative, this New Balance does not hold up as other styles do. They show wear much faster and tend to come apart.

I have 2 pairs of these actually, if that says anything. One gray and one black. The gray are a bit more versatile and match almost anything, but the black are just plain cool looking. Beware of the light colored foam cushioning that gets dirty easily. Overall a great casual sneaker that's comfortable and good looking.

No-nonsense comfort -
I am a female runner; these are a man's shoe, but I followed the size chart and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable, cushiony and stylish. There were so many colors to choose from, it was hard to decide. But I will buy more new balance classics very soon!

So, I got these for my boyfriend for Christmas because he needed some new shoes that were comfortable enough for him to wear for 10 hrs straight standing at work. Needless to say he is a picky person and he LOVES them and so do I!

Classic New Balance -
This is a great shoe for those of us that do not have a high arch. Most of the newer New Balance models are not comfortable for me. My arch is average/low. I have also gotten a lot of great compliments on the shoe’s appearance from co-workers. It’s an oldie but a goodie. I work at a hosp., 12/shift, concrete floors, etc. and I can honestly say that these shoes have made a difference in the way my feet feel once I get home. No more sore feet.

Looks great, not so comfortable -
These shoes look great, are a good true size, however I find them to be somewhat flat in terms of arch support, and comfort. They feel to me to be more like a dress shoe than a trainer. I am very pleased with them, just find them to be less comfortable than other casual/classic shoes that I have. That said I have no regrets in purchasing them.

Made my husband happy!
My husband has a very difficult time finding comfortable shoes because of an injury; I bordered these thinking he would wear them when going away from home, but he finds them so comfortable he wears them to work in the lawn and garden. I will need to order another pair soon! The following remarks are from him. (I had to return the original order because they were not wide enough; customer service was wonderful guiding me thru the reorder...THANKS)

Shoes for grandson -
I ordered these shoes as a part of my Christmas gift to my grandson. He is a Junior at Ole Miss and wears this shoe everyday to class. He has had the M595 style and has worn out several pairs since he started wearing them in 2002. It is his everything "but Sunday" shoe. Zappos made getting the shoes easy for me.

I have owned these shoes for quite some time now; this is about my fifth pair. I will never switch to anything else.... the only issue is the putrid smell that they emit after like nine months or so of sweating in them. Otherwise they’re awesome shoes.

NB Classics M595 -
I got these because they didn't have the M574 in my size/preferred color. The M574 is a much better for anyone with a higher instep. The M595 is a great shoe, just not the right one for me due to the fit.

New Balance is so money!
I previously owned a pair of NB 574s and loved them. Without a doubt my favorite pair of shoes ever. I FINALLY decided to grab a new pair. Decided to go with the NB 595s, more of the retro look which I love. Went with the Grey/Black/Orange color scheme. I LOVE these shoes. I will always and forever own a pair of New Balances.

Great shoes -
The first day wearing these shoes, they were a bit stiff. They have since then broken in nicely and are pretty comfortable. I'm looking to maybe buy this same shoe in other colors now.
