I liked the shoe but this narrow was too narrow. I also ordered another Naturalizer in narrow that fits fine. I re-ordered in Medium and it fits fine.

I wear an 11 AA, and it is really, really hard to find shoes that fit me. These are truly narrow! I haven't worn them all day, but they seem quite comfortable and sturdy. My brown ones look a bit like wooden canoes, somehow, and that works for me.

Not true to width, but very comfortable -
I usually wear an 11AA, but this shoe felt wider, and I couldn't keep it on my foot. The shoe was cuter than I expected, but will have to send it back. I am keeping the Walking Cradle slide as they tend to run truer in width.

This wide is still too narrow -
I love how these shoes look, and as far as padding goes, they're very comfortable. Yet, I have two problems with the fit. I'm a 7.5 wide (right foot only). The left shoe fits fine, but the right shoe is a bit short. I'd still keep them, but the right shoe is also too narrow, even though they are a wide. I have tried several pairs of Naturalizer wides lately, and they seem to accommodate a wide foot that is a deep wide (from high arches) as opposed to a foot that is wide across. I really like these shoes, but I just don't think I'll be able to wear them comfortably.

I really wanted to like these. They are extremely well made and comfortable to walk in BUT they are awkwardly sized. The back straps are sized in such a way that your heel sits very far forward. In fact the whole shoe is huge- for example size 42 is exactly 3/4 inch longer than size 42 in the Mephisto Sosius. I also tried size 41 but that was obviously too small (and your heel still sits forward). Also the back strap rubs against your heel. And the bottom part of the top strap leaves a red mark on your foot even if it's loose. Bummer.

These shoes are so comfy!
I have three pair of these shoes. They feel great right out of the box and are stylish without being the least bit frumpy! I am on my feet all day and my feet feel great at the end of a long day.

Best shoes and service, hands down!!
I ordered these shoes in size 8C (standard width) in Camel...I have a fairly wide foot, and most of the time can fit into a 'standard' width shoe. I recently had surgery on my foot, forcing me to wear a 'wide' width shoe. I had to send my original order back to exchange for the wider width shoe...I spoke to 2 different gentlemen in customer service, and all I can say is "WOW!!" Zappos truly epitomizes the meaning of genuine "customer service" I was emailed a return label and the return process was explained to me...I received the [new] pair of shoes the very next day, before I even had the chance to return the originals!! Talk about 'service with a smile!' Needless to say, the shoes are extremely comfortable and very attractive looking...Way to go, Zappos! Keep up the great work with your courteous employees who have mastered the art of customer service as well as the wonderful products that you have...You truly have a loyal lifetime customer here!!

Great casual shoe -
This is my second pair of Naturalizer Detail; bought a pair last year which have held up and still look great. I get compliments on these shoes from my co-workers. I like the ease of slipping them on and off and find I can even walk up to a half mile in them without discomfort. I would like to see these with a slightly higher wedge.

CUSHIONY FEELING -
I wore these shoes for the first time going on a plane for 3 hours, and I am glad I did. I was able to slide right in & out of them @ security check point, walking to the other side of the airport for claiming baggage had to be one of the longest walks, but with these shoes I actually enjoyed the walk & exercise. I have the black ones (which by the way) look great with a skirt too. I will be ordering them in the beige also. My philosophy "IF THE SHOE FITS, WEAR IT" that's exactly what these shoes deserve. Thank YOU ZAPPO'S for making shoes with style & comfort!!!!!

Although these are cute, the lip on the back makes for a very uncomfortable shoe. I bought them right back in the box and sent them back the next day. They were also too small. I normally wear a 7.5W and these were too short.

Comfort for the extra wide foot -
I love this shoe. I purchased my first pair at a specialty shoe shop in Birmingham that retails for hard to fit sizes. I am a teacher and on my feet a lot. I wore my first pair out because I wore them everyday for an entire school year. I still wear them around the house, although they are a bit frayed looking by now. I was delighted to find that they were still available at Zappos. I bought one in both colors available and I regret that I couldn't get them in black.

Nice Shoe!
Very cute casual shoe. Actually, one of the cutest in its category, and very comfortable. I love everything about it, except the color of the brown has so much red in it. I was really expecting more of a crayon brown, so I may return it. But overall, it's a great shoe.

Great shoe!
This shoe not only looks great and is stylish, but fits like a glove and feels like one too! I have extra wide feet and wear a size 11, and it fits just right. I plan on getting it in other colors as well. Can't go wrong on this one!

I wouldn't normally buy a 3A as I need a 4A but this winter I plan to wear them with thick socks. I love the style and the red color.

Great Look and Great Feel!
As soon as my feet slipped into these shoes, I knew these would soon be my favorite shoes! They feel so soft and "comforting." The toe is more square than the picture indicated, but it was only a surprise--didn't detract from the look. The little bow at the side saves it from being "clunky" looking.

A real winner for Naturalizer and customers!
I had to wait a few months for my first two pairs and was so happy when they arrived because I really hoped they would be a good fit and comfortable. They were perfect for my 8 3A feet. Now I see they have added colors for fall, although I wore my black and navy pair all summer with cotton pants, skirts and jeans. From other reviews I can see that they have been a hit with many other people. I will definitely order the oxford brown and possibly the other brown as well. They have held up beautifully. I have an off white pair of Nubuck Naturalizers' sandals and they clean perfectly with a kit I got that has an eraser and brush made for Nubuck. I believe it was from Florsheim or another shoe company.

Like Gloves For Feet -
This shoe is so soft and fits perfectly. I have narrow feet, but still usually order 2A in Naturalizer’s, because they run pretty narrow anyway. But after reading other customer comments, I decided to go for the 3A, especially due to the mule style. Good move. I have no trouble keeping these on, yet they definitely aren't too tight. Can't wait for fall and a chance to wear these!

Loved this watch, looked all over in department stores but could not find a simple but stylish watch with large funky letters and black band. What was even more wonderful was it came the following day. I could not believe the quick delivery. Would definitely order from Zappos again. The watch is a keeper!!!!

Just like Bedroom Slippers -
I tried three different sizes before keeping the 7WW. These feel narrower but longer than marked. They are very comfortable, perfect for autumn and the look grows on you. I wouldn't wear them for long walks (just not enough support) but they're great for standing around or going on short errands, in the car, in the house, etc. I bought the navy and they look great with jeans! The only thing is they look so sleek and pretty that I don't want to wear them outside less they get dirty or sloppy looking. I liked them so much I bought the black ones for my aunt and the oxford brown ones (deeper than the coffee color listed here) for my Mom. I'd def. buy more in other colors, hope Naturalizer keeps them around for a few years.

Whoa – comfy, comfy, comfy!
When these first arrived, they seemed a tad big, and I was a bit "meh" regarding their look. However, I put them on and was entranced! And the look has grown on me. Often these slip-on styles make my size 12 feet look a mile long, but the styling actually works on these. Only issues: I find the black around the heel a little clunky-looking, and the sole liner on the right shoe slips a bit now and then. But I'm keeping 'em, and have worn them all week to work!

 |  | To Whom It May Concern: I am extremely pleased to be able to write you this letter. Less than a week ago I accidentally mailed something valuable in my Zappos return shipping box along with the two pairs of shoes I wanted to return. I also ended up sending a valuable Louis Vuitton bag. Now, this may not seem like a big deal, but the issue was that the bag was not mine, it belonged to my sister. I do not have the means to spend that much money on a purse - but my sister does - and I knew if I didn't get it back, she was going to be very upset because they don't make this particular purse anymore. I, too, was going to be upset that I had to refund her that money because I can't afford it. As soon as I had realized what I'd done (or thought I'd done), I called UPS... they were of no help because it was just a drop off and they didn't have the tracking number. I then called Zappos customer service and was greeted very kindly when I explained what I had done. Then today, less than a week later, I received the bag that I had accidentally shipped in the mail. Not only did you not charge me for the return shipping, but the bag looks like it is in better condition now than it was before! I called immediately to say thank you and I think ended up frightening your supervisor because I started crying... I was so happy that I just started hysterically crying! (I am pregnant and sometimes my emotions are CRAZY!) Please accept my sincerest thanks for your staff's attention to this matter. I am truly thankful and if I wasn't before, will now surely be a satisfied Zappos customer! I will gladly continue to shop with you - and be sure to tell friends of my wonderful Zappos experience!!!
