I have these shoes in gold and I just wore them on New Years! Gorgeous shoes, make your legs look like a supermodel! As a date shoe they are very comfortable, but after an entire night of dancing I was hurting quite a bit! But either way SO worth it, easily my favorite pair of shoes!

These are gorgeous shoes...my husband LOVES them and so do I...he thinks they are the sexiest shoes he has ever seen. They are comfortable as well but do run just a tad bit large but if I would have ordered a half size down, it would have been too much. Nothing that foot pads can't fix. Overall: fabulous!

Sexy and Beautiful shoes -
My boyfriend bought these shoes for me in black, and they are soooo beautiful!! My legs look great and sexy with these shoes!!! They are a little bit expensive, but it worth it!!! Sexy and classic!! I usually wear 8.5, but I had to go one size smaller, 7.5. If you are going to buy it, choose your true size, or maybe, a half size smaller.

These shoes are beeyootiful! They're the tallest shoes I've ever owned, and will take some getting used to. As far as sizing goes, I think it depends on your foot width too. If your feet are wider, they'll fit true to size. If your feet are narrow, they'll probably feel about a 1/2 size too big.
Surprisingly, they're not excruciatingly painful! But, they *are* 4.5", and I can't imagine a shoe that high being completely comfy anyway.

LOVE these shoes. Very high heel but that's how I like them. Sexy and elegant all in one shoe. This is also a great shoe for holiday parties and can take you right into the summer for evenings out.

Betsey at her BEST!
I just got them today and OMG - LOVE at first sight! I out them on IMMEDIATELY...lol They’re absolutely beautiful. The contrast between pink & black is stunning...very Louboutin without breaking the bank and as with every pair of Betsey's I own (and I am OBSESSED) they are super comfortable! I recommend ordering a half size down. Easily dressed up or down. :*)

I got this shoe in every color available. This shoe is truly amazing, I own about 174 pairs of shoes and this is by far the most elegant and sexy shoe I have. If you want to look good and make a statement this is the shoe you should by.

Order at least a 1/2 size down!!!
I had a similar experience as the last reviewer. I bought the gold - because the black were sold out in my normal size 8 - and they are GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS! BUT...when I finally wore them out, my heels were constantly slipping out the back and I was walking like a drunken fool! I bought pads for the footbeds - I even doubled up - but heel slippage is still an issue unless I walk very slowly. The good news is that the black just became available in size 7 so I snapped up the last pair! :) Sorry everyone! I just hope these don’t end up being too small! In that case they will be back on the market pretty soon for the rest of you. :)

Beautiful shoe -
When these shoes arrived I tried them on a carpeted service, they fit fine so I decided to wear them out that night. Once I hit a hard service, my foot literally slipped out of the shoe. Continuously to the point where people thought at the bar that I was drunk and/or crazy. Needless to say I couldn't return them for a smaller size because I had already warn them out. so I put some foot pads in both the heal of the shoe and the toe, and they are a bit better, still big though, make sure you order a half size down. I own other Betsey Johnson shoes and these definitely run bigger than the usual BJ shoe...other than that they are a beautiful shoe, the heal is quite massive though , so be prepared to be a good four to five inches taller than usual.

My new favorite shoes. Remarkably comfortable for such a high heel, and so pretty. Everything felt true to size - the 9 fit me perfectly. Many compliments - my roommate even bought a pair for herself. Highly recommend!!

These heels are adorable! But they were way too wide for my feet. My feet are slightly narrower than most women (w/ the same sized feet) and my feet were swimming in these. I doubt going a half size down would help since the length was okay in the size 7s.

So elegant, sexy, and pretty!
Looks just like a pair of black lace Louboutins I wanted, but for such a great price! I adore them; now I want the gold, too, but my size is gone. Order your true size. They fit true to size and width. I wear an 8 1/2, and that's what I ordered. Perfect fit. Wiggle your foot around to situate the shoe on your foot right if the toe hole hits in a weird spot, as someone mentioned. Adjusting your foot placement fixes that (at least for me, but my toes need guidance). If you're accustomed to heels, you'll find them to be comfortable.

I really like the Betsey Johnson shoes. Great style and they are made very well for comfort (as much as a high heel can be). :-)
However, I do find it difficult to determine the proper "sizing" for this designer. Frequently I find that I must go down 1/2 a size and it is very difficult to determine when to do this, versus when not to. I have spoken to a few peers who find they too, have encountered the same concern. Otherwise, the shoes seem to be really great.
I hope this helps, however, I really don't see how this concern can be addressed as each shoe is different. In any event, thank you kindly for your interest in my concerns. Have a super day!

My favorite pair of shoes!
I love them! The first time I wore them I got compliments from both men & women.
I wore them out & due to circumstances I was standing for like an hour & I was actually ok!
My feet are slightly wider than average & they didn’t hurt or squeeze my feet.
These shoes are fantastic & so cute.

The sexiest shoes on earth -
The shoes are great all across the board. They are verrry high but extremely comfortable. I went to a club and danced all night and absolutely no pain. I love Betsey!!!

These shoes are so WOW!
I got them, pulled them out of the box and immediately pranced round the room. The pink soles really caught my boyfriend's eye, and they are stunners. So very comfortable too! I got the black but I think I need the gold too!

These shoes are really gorgeous--they looked good on, and the height wasn't as bad as the 4 1/2" heel sounds because there's a bit of a platform. However, I had to return them. The peep toe is in a strange place--more to the middle of the shoe than where your big toe is--so it cut into my toe. Couldn't even wear these for two minutes around the house on carpet before it hurt my toe. (I have medium width feet.)
However, I adore Betsey Johnson shoes and will get a different style. They're well made and very pretty.

These babies are a "conversation piece"
Very sexy with see through lace, peep toes and the hot pink bottoms that peep out from below. These shoes are purely a hit. (That is, if you can walk in 4inch + stilettos). I LOVE THEM! A sexy classic.
FYI: HOWEVER... they are cut 1/2 size too big for medium/wide feet and 1 full size too big for narrow/slim feet. TRUST ME, I know shoes.
I will be exchanging mine, PRAYING they are available in the next size down.
As usual Zappos has exceeded excellent customer service and expedient delivery.

I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever.
