Great Pack -
This backpack looks great and has plenty of room. It is comfortable but if you are a small framed female the straps can feel a bit uncomfortable on your collar bone, but not enough to be unbearable. You do get your money's worth. I use this pack for school, travel and to carry my personal things including diapers etc.. for my daughter. I love the different pockets to divide your things. You can definitely fit a lot in this bag and it has multiple uses. Thumbs up.

Great all around pack -
Although this is sold as a sporting pack, and has a place to hold a snowboard/skateboard and the like, that is not what I purchased it for. As a school pack, it works exceptionally well. It is one of the more comfortable back packs I have ever worn, and it has a huge amount of space available for storing books, notebooks, etc. It has an organizer for pens, cell phone, etc, has a CD/MP3 player pocket with a headphone port, and is overall an excellent backpack. It's also one of the most durable backpacks that I have seen.
All this, and it's sexy too.
The only negative comment that I have to offer is that the two pouches at the top of the backpack (one for sunglasses and the other for... I dunno) tend to sometimes get in the way when I am trying to get things in or out of the backpack.

 |  | Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
