Too narrow in toe, too wide in heel -
I love the classy look of this shoe, but the proportions are all wrong. It's way too narrow in the toe to even be called a wide size, but the heel falls off my foot.

Narrow heel…very uncomfortable -
I purchased these in a 9WW and felt that the width was narrower than I expected around the front. The shoe has a nice look, but I found them to be uncomfortable in the heel area...as if it needed more padding or support.

This shoe looked much nicer in the picture than it did in reality. The squared off to seemed larger than it needed to be for the shoe; a bit too square.
The shoe itself was too way too narrow. (I ordered a 8.5 WW.) It was so narrow for my foot that I really didn't get a chance to determine if it was sized accurately or not. I even double checked the size stamping inside the shoe to make sure I did have the correct size.
Definitely not the shoe for me; sent them back.

I bought the pewter & they looked great, lots of compliments. I scuffed them the 1st time I wore them to work (right on the toe) & they're not so hot now. It's like a painted on color. They were comfy for running around at work all day on cement floor. Perfect width for 9ww. Shows a little toe cleavage if you like it.

Ouch!
I bought these in pink for my daughter's wedding. They looked fabulous! However, after a very long day I was in great pain. Several of my toes were numb for several days. I think I got the right size; they just were overly narrow in the toe box. It is too bad they don't work for me, because I love the way they look. I am searching for black dress shoes now, and I know it won't be Talya.

Was tight especially around the toes. Seemed to run a little small. The color said Navy, but it was lighter than I expected.

This is an oddly-shaped shoe - the heel is wide and the toe box is narrow. After reading the reviews I went with half a size larger, and it was too long, so I'm guessing the shoe runs true to size. I also ordered a wide, and the toe still felt tight, while the heel was way too wide. Overall this shoe just seems to be strangely proportioned.

Ordered a size 9W...absolutely narrow. Re-ordered a size 9WW. Still very narrow & felt like a size 10 regular. Do NOT buy!

Not comfortable -
I bought these because I wanted comfortable heels to wear at work. These are not comfortable! The support cushions just make your feet slide to bottom of the shoe crunching the toes. My feet have ached so badly after wearing these. I do not wear them anymore. Big waste of money.

I have always worn a 9regular. Because of a recent foot condition I ordered the 9regular & 9wide. The 9regular was very narrow. More narrow that a regular should be. The 9wide was more comfortable but flipped off of my feet as I walked as if it were a whole size too large. I returned them both. :-(

I purchased these shoes for my Mom for church in Pink...She said that they were gorgeous, that she had the shoes on and forgot that they were on her feet. She usually doesn't wear heels but stated the shoes were very very comfortable!

I almost returned these shoes when I got them because the heel was a tiny bit higher than I am used to. I am so glad I didn't! These are cute, and finally I can wear high heels in comfort! The gel packs are SO nice!

I'm not the type to normally write reviews. But my feet are in such agony from these shoes! They felt comfortable walking around the house, so I wore them out. Ouch. I thought they needed to be broken in, so I kept wearing them. Yesterday, maybe the 5th time I've worn these, was the final straw. My toes hurt so much - even today - that even my most comfortable flats hurt my feet. Walking barefoot hurts my feet. I want to be one of those women who think these are comfortable, because I love how they look. But I'll probably never wear them again. (Anyone want a pair of black suede 7 WW?)

My first pair was a Fitzwell Talya - brown. I liked the design, heel height, and built in cushion support so much that a purchased the same shoe, but in black.
I may even purchase the grey for the same awesome reasons!!!

Old-lady shoe -
Kind of looked like an old lady shoe. Based on the reviews, I ordered a 10M, 10.5M, and a 10W. I am normally a 10M and do not have a hard time finding shoes - I have pretty standard feet. The 10M felt like a 9, the 10W was a gaping boat, and the 10.5 felt like an 11. I had to return them all. Also, the gel pad under the heel hurt - felt like something was in the shoe.

I never have problems with new shoes...until this pair. Fitzwell always runs a half size smaller so I ordered a half size up but these shoes are very uncomfortable. Pain all across the toes, I returned them.

Good for high instep -
I purchased the pink pearl color, and it is a little darker than appears online. To me, that was a good thing. It was a nice, medium pearly pink; not too pastel or pale. Some of the reviews stated this shoe ran big; some stated it ran small. I bought both the 5W and 6W, not knowing which would fit, and the 5 was plenty long enough--the 6 was like a clown shoe! So I'm in the "runs big" camp. The buckle strap does have a tendency to cut across the top of your foot, but it comes quite low, so this is a good thing for people (like me) who have a high instep. The space between your toes does peek out a little. The gel cushions are nice and the heel height is comfortable but dressy.

This shoe is beautiful. I don't think it's comfortable enough to wear all-day, but will do well for evening or church. I found the customer sizing reviews didn't apply for me - I usually wear a 9.5 W or 10 W, and in this shoe I took a size 9 WW. So I will say it feels a size larger and narrower than marked... the 9 WW feels like a 10 W. I'm grateful for all the returns and re-orders Zappos.com did for me to find the right size.

TOO SMALL -
These shoes are really cute, I love the Fitzwell brand because of the gel inserts, but they fit 1/2 to full size too small.

Very professional shoe but pinches a bit around the toe area. Love the look but wouldn't want to have to go day into night with it. I'm hoping it will break in after awhile.

Beautiful shoe -
I ordered this shoe for my mom who was looking for a black suede pump. She loved it, even though the heel height was a little higher than she wanted. She normally wears an 8 1/2 and that is what I ordered. Too bad her foot slipped out at the heel. She loved the comfort of the shoe and the height didn't bother her. Will perhaps try a half size smaller.

This is the classic dress pump hyped to the edge of glamorous with a very feminine peek-a-boo toe front buckle. It's also an all day comfort pump glamorous enough to wear into an evening occasion when an appropriate wardrobe match is made.

Toe cleavage... anyone?
I didn't like these shoes. They looked ok in photos but once I got them they seemed awkward looking. Plus I'm finding the gel in Fitzwell's make them not fitz-so-well. They feel very narrow. I got a 1/2 size larger because I'd read reviews that they felt narrow. Mistake. There was a big gap in the back and still felt very tight. So much so it looked as though my toes were wearing a push-up bra. Peeping out from under the buckle part. If you like this style I'd recommend a wider width than you normally wear.
