Super fast shipping from Zappos. Awesome, great boots, nice arch support. I found the boots to fit true to normal shoe size; if you are going to wear thick, thick socks, I would go 1/2 size bigger. As soon as I got them I put them on and walked around the house. The heel was a little snug and I was worried, but within 5 minutes, if felt comfortable. Didn't really need any break in time. Super comfortable. Nice boots, very glad I got them.

Having a wide foot makes it difficult to find a cowboy boot that fits and is comfortable. Well Ariat Fatbaby is the answer. The boots are cute and stylish and accommodate a wide foot. The service from Zappos was excellent. Buy the boots; you'll love them!

A new Fatbaby believer. I used to hate these boots because they looked like something a buckle bunny would wear. However, I tried on a pair today and bought them. They are so comfortable and very cushy. And they are made by Ariat so they will last forever.

I bought these for my girlfriend. She absolutely loves them. No break in time. They felt great when she put them on and Zappos delivery time is amazing. I highly recommend these boots and Zappos.

I am very impressed with Zappos! They are quick and accurate with orders. I love the no hassle free shipping both ways. As for the Ariat Fatbaby boots, I love them. I am thinking about getting a 3rd pair. I think that they look nice with jeans and casual pants.

Just what I was looking for. Be sure and order a half size smaller than you would for dress shoes or athletic shoes. Looks great with jeans or khakis. Nice for doing things outdoors as well.

Ariat\'s Fatbaby boots are awesome--so comfortable and great styles. I love mine. I found that they fit true to size (length) but are generally a little wider than some riding boots, which makes them more comfortable. I will definitely be buying another pair of these!

First off, Zappos is awesome! Great service! I have worn Ariats my whole life, but always the English style paddock boots but wanted to try these and they are great! I noticed a lot of people said go a 1/2 size down, but I went with my usual size 6. They are definitely roomier than I was used to but I have fairly wide feet and the fit seems good. If you have narrower feet, then the 1/2 size down may apply to you, but since mine are a bit wide and I usually wear thick socks I think going down would have been too snug. They really are fantastic though; I'll definitely be ordering some different styles.

Have been looking for boots like this for a while. I wear size 11 and it is hard to find them without making my feet look giant. Those boots are super cute, seem to be comfy, and look great with jeans. They even look good on big feet. Too bad they are so expensive, but so far they seem to be worth it in comfort and style.

Okay, these are great boots. Not only are they cute, but super comfy, too! I bought these boots to slip on after I am done riding at the barn, but still doing barn chores, and for walking my dogs afterwards. These Fatbaby boots are easy to put on, don't rub on the back of your heel, and are cute enough to wear out with breeches or skinny jeans, or underneath boot cut jeans. The thick sole is cushiony and the foot bed is roomy and supportive. This boot is very serviceable and works whether you have a job to do or just want to look cute. One thing though, the size 9 was a bit roomy, so I had to order down 1/2 a size.

These are my favorite boots! They look great (the detailing on the toe and across the vamp area are definitely feminine despite and the rounded toe and overall style is cool and tough) and they are very comfortable after a few days of breaking them in. I am a slightly wide size 6 and find that they run true-to-size. I have several pairs of Ariats and appreciate all of them (they each have a slightly different purpose) but the Fatbaby in Brown Bomber is the pair that I want to reach for most of the time. I wear them for riding and keep them clean by always bringing my Ariat Terrain boots (another great boot by Ariat) with me should I need to do anything else around the barn or horses. I often wear them to work (retail/ pet-related which includes walking on hard cement floors and long periods of standing or running around) and when I do my feet and legs never ache or get tired even after a long day. I will certainly purchase more of these boots in different colors.

Great product. I have other Ariat boots that I love. I bought these after I saw a friend's pair of the black patent leather version. I love the patent leather ones and was shopping for those and found these. I ordered both. I LOVE them. They are super comfortable and run a little big. I wear an 8.5 and ordered an 8 - it was a smart move. You won't go wrong!!

I purchased the Ariat Fatbaby boot in Bomber Brown. I love them! I like how the whole boot is a rich leather and the layered section around the ankle area breaks it up and tends to shorten the shoe area which is a nice visual affect. They are so soft and comfortable which was a surprise because I do a lot of walking and standing at work, and my concern was that my feet would hurt or tire quickly, not so with these. The Bomber Brown color has a "used" look to it, which I like, but not everyone does. The second color is the one I will order next, and gets richer looking with age and care. I have several pair of this brand boot and can say this design is my favorite.

This is what I wear almost every day. The Bomber brown color is very neutral and "urban-appropriate". I was worried that the detail might seem too fussy, but it really doesn't. The boots hold up well, and keep my feet dry in the rain. My only complaint is that they don't come in more colors, etc. I would love to see them in a funky, moss colored suede, for instance. You could pay a lot more without getting a better boot.

Zappos was low on these so I got 7.5 & 8 planning to send one back but the 7.5 fits snug & will 'give' over time & the 8 will be perfect with heavy socks in the cold...if you can't decide between these & the Justin get these, they are PERFECT. Really well-made & not too high on the leg- perfect for the barn! I usually wear an 8; I would say these are pretty true-to-size but if you have a high arch they are 'snug' in that area.

Ariat boots -
Ariat boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I have a problem with my heel that makes it difficult to walk sometimes, but when it is bothering me, I just put on my Ariat boots and the pain eases and I can go for hours.

Love this boot!
There is nothing not to love about this boot. I would seriously love one of each color/style by this brand. I have a hard time finding cute boots with a shorter height. These are perfect. Kinda clunky but very girly. I wear them with skirts and pants.

I haven't worn western-style boots in a long time, so the adjustment to this type of shoe has been a little rocky. They slide on my heel a little, but I'm afraid that a half size down would cause my toes to hit the end of the toe-box. The heel slippage takes some getting-used-to, but as these break in the fit bothers me less. I really like the look. They appear grayish on the website, but they are truly brown. Almost like a well-worn suede.

Funky boot -
Funky boot...very chunky. Easy on and off. Gave it only 4 stars for comfort because there’s a little FatBaby tag sewn on the inside that keeps scratching me...but it's too cool to take off!

Great boots -
These boots, recommended to me by a friend, are gorgeous and practical at the same time. I can wear them when the weather is good or bad and my feet stay dry and stylish. They were pretty comfortable when I first put them on, but I think they still need to soften across the ball of my foot just a bit to be perfect. The size was as I expected and the leather and style are great!

I'll just confirm what most of the other reviews say - these boots are very comfortable right out of the box. They are quite cute too. The fit is true to size - if you're in between 1/2 sizes, go down. I usually wear either 8 or 8.5 - the 8's are perfect and the 8.5's are way too large, unless you plan to wear very thick socks. These look great with jeans, or with leggings and a tunic for another casual look.
