I'm a flight attendant and I bought the North Face Calyx for my layovers. It packs really flat and doesn't take up any space in my suitcase. It's light in weight unlike many bags that weigh a few pounds before you put anything in it. It holds a lot and looks stylish in a casual way while keeping my hands free while I'm sightseeing or shopping. I would definitely recommend this to anyone going on a vacation and doesn't want to lug your big leather purse with them or someone like me who lives out of a suitcase.

Great bag! I absolutely love this bag. There are tons of pockets, including an internal 1 with zipper. It's perfect for your wallet. It's comfortable to wear, it can't get dirty and, unlike leather bags, it's perfect for rain & snow and looks great with athletic wear. Let's face it, this bag looks better with a North Face jacket than most leather bags. All in all, I'm pleased with it & recommend it.

Convenient, not as large as shown in picture. I could fit my 1 Liter Sigg bottle, but this bag is great for everyday use and is a great size. I used to carry a wristlet, but I got sick of having something on my hand all the time so I opted to get this bag and it was the best decision. It has a casual/sporty appeal to it. Little pockets everywhere in the bag to help you put stuff in also.

I got this in green and I LOVE IT! It is a practical "mom" bag in that I can keep 4 diapers in the front pocket, a separate mom pocket in the front, sippy cup, bottle, and it is not completely bulging. I spilled hand sanitizer in the bag the other day and it dried with no damage! Don’t let the "mom bag" disclaimer dissuade you non-moms from buying this. I would carry this bag even if I did not have kids - I just thought that it was worth mentioning since it is difficult to find a stylish "quick" diaper bag.

More like a purse…
I just ruptured my Achilles tendon and am looking at a couple of months on crutches. I ordered this to make it easier for me to carry not only the contents of my purse, but also my Kindle, water bottle, etc. Unfortunately, this is not big enough to be much more than an over-the-shoulder purse, so I'm returning it to get a bigger bag. The kiwi color is a striking color, and if I was only wanting it as a purse, I'd be really happy with it.

This was actually a gift for my niece and she LOVED it! The price was unbeatable; I actually expected it to be smaller and of lesser quality since the price was so good. We were both pleasantly surprised. And the added bonus was no shipping charge so I will definitely order everything from Zappos from now on!

Pretty good smaller msgr bag -
This bag is cool, but don't expect to be able to stuff it full of your junk- it is on the smaller end of messenger bags. Love the magnet closure though!

I love this bag. It has a nice depth to hold oddly shaped items, but it's not as bulky as a regular messenger bag. It's light and travels well. The pockets and clips keep things organized.

Fantastic bag!
I absolutely love this bag! It holds a ton of stuff and has lots of handy pockets and zippers. I use it has a daily purse, but it's more of a very small messenger bag. The top flap is magnetic and holds very well. I am very happy with this. Fun, simple, and practical!

This bag is great! It has a bunch of compartments and can hold a lot of things. I’m going to use it as a purse/book bag. It’s a pretty color and the magnetic closer is very handy. However, it’s a lot wider than it looks in the picture. It’s more like a big square. But it will hold a lot of things and look cute at the same time.
