Great boot!
Very comfortable and very stylish...go with almost anything. Soft but durable leather and good craftsmanship. They do definitely run a full size larger so order one size down. I need to put in arches and there is still room in the smaller size. A good choice if you're looking for a western boot that's a little more streamlined and versatile.

These run very large and wide; at least a whole size. Also, the tip of some leather trim on the right boot's shaft was curling upward...and this was right out of the box. Needless to say, I returned the boots.

 |  | Zappos.com is absolutely phenomenal! I can't even believe it. I just moved to NYC from FL. Found a "dress up" job and started immediately – not even finished unpacking. In as much as I haven't even opened all of the boxes yet, nor do I know what's in them anymore. When I was hired I had to think about professional wardrobe and find clothes and shoes in this chaos immediately. There are three boxes missing...one of them...all of my SHOES!!! Can you spell P-A-N-I-C???!!! I remembered a friend telling me about Zappos.com and then I saw your commercial on TV. I went through the inventory for something I could use with a lot of things cause money is tight and time is of the essence! I submitted my order close to midnight Tuesday night (two nights ago) and the shipment arrived in less than twelve hours! I couldn't believe it! I haven't even had time to open the box, but I'm not worried because with your incredible service and return policy, I'm not even worried. I wish you could have done my move!!! So now...you can bet, not only will I order all sorts of things including shoes from Zappos.com, I will tell all of New York City about it and how you absolutely put my mind at ease in a crisis situation. I'm not even worried anymore about my box of shoes. Of course I want them but I know I can jump online and viola! I will have my order. It's so easy, so fast and so fabulous after moving and traveling for seven weeks, I didn't think anything could be easy – especially buying shoes, which I can NEVER find my size (small woman, small feet), but I found exactly what I was looking for, ordered and received in less than twelve hours. It's fantastic! I hate shopping and I don't have to leave my apartment let alone walk anywhere to get exactly what I want in my size, color and style and have my purchase in my hot little hands in less than twelve hours with FREE DELIVERY!!! You guys saved my life and new job and gave me the best present ever! And FREE DELIVERY in a NY minute, literally. I was certain it couldn't be done. I was shocked and I never write testimonials but I had to write this one because if I didn't experience it for myself, I sure wouldn't believe it if someone told me this could happen. You can rest assured you have a new and loyal customer from here on in, and if I don't like my choice because I was in a panic, I can send them back hassle-free! ZAPPOS.COM IS AMAZING!
